Mary Williams Fine Arts

Specializing in antique prints and antiquarian books along with original art from the 1800s, this quaint gallery has something for every kind of art lover and collector. Peruse through a wide array of botanical extracts, historic photographs and vintage Western movie posters. Artists include John Gould, George Catlin, Thomas Moran and Edward S. Curtis. One of the ongoing exhibits showcases antique prints from 1839 portraying Native American life.

Th CU Art Museum located in the Visual Arts Complex within University of Colorado Boulder has provided the impetus behind a thriving student art community. The complex is a work of art in itself, with sustainable materials that conserve natural resources, it only adds to the grandeur of the campus. The permanent collection includes Roman ceramics, African sculpture, American photographs and other engaging work from CU students in addition to much, much more. Art + Soul Gallery

Debbie Klein founded Art + Soul to share her passion for art and reflect her personal style. The contemporary space contains an array of established and emerging artists from across the nation and her displays are an interesting assortment of pieces encompassing a myriad of media, from two-dimensional paintings to three-dimensional installations. This gallery is the local standard for thought-provoking fine art.

The Ken Bernstein Art Studio is known for its customized fine art. It also does a lot of work in restoration of old paintings. The famous Colorado History painting depicting the industrial development in the state over the past 135 years and the world famous painting of St. Peter's Church in Greeley, were restored by this art studio. The art studio is very popular among tourists and art lovers. It has become a prominent tourist attraction in Colorado.

Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art

Located in a historic two-story warehouse, the museum exhibits modern creations by local, national and international artists. Featuring three diverse viewing areas and more than 10,000 square feet of space, the non-profit museum acts as a local educational center promoting the aesthetic importance of visual and performing art. The space is also a haven for developing artists and hosts an array of photography, cinema and theatrical programs. The museum also has a funky adjunct gift shop that is a great place to browse around after checking out the latest show.
