Paladar 511

Housed in a space that resembles a modernist condominium, this American restaurant on Marigny Street has an artsy, vibe about it. The vibe surprisingly also extends to its menu, which brims with delectable Californian eats such as the Yellowfin Tuna Crudo, House-made Lamb Sausage Pizza, and the Braised Rabbit. The raw bar stocks a must try, the Louisiana Oysters served with Kumquat Mignonette which sells out in a matter of hours. If you're lucky enough to savor some of their famous oysters, follow it up with the scrumptious Louisiana Blueberry Pie to cap off a perfect West-coast meal.

Ted's Frostop

Nothing beats a classic and if you are looking for the classic comfort food you will it find here. Breakfast, according to Ted's, is the most important part of the day, which it loudly underscores with its fantastic menu. Start off your day with a bountiful feast of fresh biscuits and pancakes, or grits and eggs. The lunch menu features burgers and shakes plus a Creole platter for those who frown upon beef. Other entrees include pot roast, shrimp Creole and white beans and pork. Bring cash, because at Ted's, no credit is accepted.

Another Broken Egg Cafe

At Another Broken Egg Cafe of New Orleans, our passion is to create exceptional southern-inspired entrees for breakfast, brunch, and lunch as well as hand-crafted cocktails that are each "craveably" delicious and made with an artisanal flair!

IHOP

With options like the big steak omlete, fluffy pancakes, delicious crepes and scrambled eggs available in a staggering variety of flavors, the IHOP offers diners breakfast and brunch items all day and all night long. This chain of restaurants has garnered much attention over the years, and continues to evolve and expand its menu. The IHOP at Canal Street is open 24 hours a day making it a great choice for a late meal after a night out at the nearby Bourbon Street.

Today the Waffle House system operates more than 1,800 restaurants in 25 states and is the world's leading server of waffles, t-bone steaks, hashbrowns, cheese 'n eggs, country ham, pork chops and grits.

IHOP

Dine at IHOP on 3511 S. Carrollton Ave in New Orleans, the home of pancakes and delicious breakfast, lunch & dinner near you with breakfast delivery and breakfast takeout available. View hours, specials or order online.

Elizabeth's Restaurant

The modest surroundings and the simple white frame building housing Elizabeth's can be quite deceptive and is no indication of the delicious food on the platter. It serves a hearty meal whether its breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. The praline bacon, Eggs Elizabeth and Redneck Eggs Benedict, which are poached eggs perched atop fried green tomatoes are to die for. All in all, an unpretentious eatery for casual dates and outings.
