Barbusa is an Italian restuarant located in Little Italy bringing modern Sicilian cuisine to San Diego. Helmed by Patriarch Joe Busalacchi along with his son PJ Busalacchi and nephew chef Nino Zizzo, Barbusa pays tribute to the family's Sicilian roots with a menu inspired by Southern Italian delicacies such as shrimp pasta served with sea urchin and puttanesca sauce.
