Brunch classics like mimosas made with cava and fresh orange juice, the Italian Greyhound with grapefruit, Aperol Spritz, Espresso Martini and a full bar with rotating tap and bottled beer selections. Chakchouka "shak-shoe-ka" is a traditional tomato and bell pepper stew with baked eggs believed to have been brought from Tunisian Jews to Israel and the Arab lands. The dish's name comes from the berber word for "mixture". Be sure and try our sweet cornbread Benedicts with smoked pork belly or sautéed spinach and avocado. "El Cerdo", "The Pig" made with slow-cooked carnitas mixed with corn, spinach, jalapeños and roasted potatoes topped with chipotle-tomato salsa. Our vegetable hash is made with seasonal vegetables and with poached eggs and hollandaise. Semolina pancakes with honey butter or french toast smothered with sweet fruit compote and a touch of mascarpone makes a perfect compliment to our savory and spicy mainstays.
