Is AD Mitchell a fantasy sleeper in 2026?

A.d. Mitchell is just like he's the X receiver for the Jets.
I, I don't know what to do with that from a fantasy standpoint.
and of course he's been on the podcast- I think A.D. Mitchell's new-- He's like new Darius Slayton, I think, for fantasy.
Like he, like we, we keep- Oh, yeah.
That, that's what you're hoping.
We keep wanting to make him- That's what you're hoping for.
We keep wanting to make him a thing.
And to be fair, he's at least Darius Slayton that can get open.
but- Right like it feels like he needs to be this guy like at the- And even, even Ben Rich, I, I think he's like been a little-- I, I think he's been pretty significantly overrated as a separator.
Like he's been solid against man coverage in the NFL.
Okay.
He, he's like the worst zone beater.
Like i- he's one of the worst zone beaters in the league, among like relevant s- I mean, he's not even like a consistent starter necessarily- Like anyone, yeah I guess to this point.
But yeah.
Even as a prospect, you know, he's never been that guy.
So I think some of like the separation stuff with A.D. Mitchell is even a little bit overrated.
So I don't f- I find myself being kind of like an A.D. Mitchell centrist, and there's not really like a centrist, party in, in the A.D. Mitchell contingent anymore.
so like th- there's like you're either, "No, this guy's way better than you think.
He's actually awesome.
Look at all these routes," or you think he absolutely has never been able to play and was a terrible prospect.
And I, I kind of find myself somewhere in the middle there, which I don't know that I'm-- that makes me interested in the Frank Reich X receiver at all in the year 2026.
