Breaking down Rory McIlroy's Whoop data throughout his final round at The Masters.

Does Rory McIlroy's health practices give him an edge?
He became the fourth player in Masters history to win the tournament in consecutive years, joining Jack Nicklaus, Nick Faldo, and Tiger Woods.
Rory wore an athletic band called Whoop, which he is also an investor in, during the Masters, and allowed some of its data to be shared, and it was fascinating.
On Sunday, he hit 24,000 steps, which is approximately 10 to 12 miles.
His heart rate during potentially the biggest moment of his career spiked to 135 beats per minute during his tee shot on the 18th.
It dropped to 121 BPM during his approach shot, fell further to 105 BPM during his winning putt and then soared up to 150 BPM during his celebration.
His resting heart rate for the week was 47 to 49 beats per minute.
Mine, while recording this video, is sitting at 74.
Any doctors on here?
What was also interesting was the routine Rory said he follows before every tour to ensure proper rest and recovery.
No caffeine after 2:00 PM, his last meal at least two hours before bed, magnesium and theanine for sleep quality, blue light blocking glasses in the evening, sauna or Epsom salt bath when available, and a cool room temperature for sleep.
He said his focus on longevity will help him play another 10 plus years at a high level, and his physiological age on Whoop is now 1.5 years younger than his actual age.
And don't think we didn't notice his Whoop band color was green, too.
Perhaps a little manifestation?
Maybe this did give him the extra edge to win the Masters again.
