It's great.

had a really, really good last week down in Arizona.

A lot of positive signs and really, really excited to, be back here obviously, so.

How ready were you to get out of Arizona, too?

Yeah, I mean, I was, you know, obviously, you know, you didn't wanna get out it in the first place, but, it was good to get down there and focus on what I needed to focus on and, but I missed the guys.

I missed being here each day and, it was tough, you know, watching those games on TV, so.

How, how, how well are you feeling right now, and w- what's the next step over the next week or so to try to get ready?

I mean, I'm feeling great.

talked to the guys here already and, you know, evaluations and, you know, trying to, trying to get rolling as fast as I can while, while being smart and making sure that when I do come back, it's, it's not gonna, you know, hinder me anymore.

So I'm just kind of playing that game.

What was it like to pop into the dugout last night and just be with the teammates again?

How did that feel?

It was great.

I was super excited to see everybody.

you know, I unfortunately got in a little later than I wanted to, but, had to finish some stuff there and was glad I got to come watch a good win last night and see the boys and, and, you know, good to hang out in the dugout.

Okay- The workout day before yesterday, we heard it was 30 swings, 15 from each side, you know, somewhere between kind of 50 and 75, 80%.

What, what was yesterday's workout?

What did that look like?

Yeah, I mean, it was pretty much of the, of the same.

You know, did some tees, some flips, and, you know, moderate intensity.

but it felt really good, really promising.

you know, didn't feel anything and, I mean, obviously, you know, you're not going as hard as you can so, you know, but it felt good to get in there and take some swings and, feel the ball come off the bat and, you know, for, for where we're at, couldn't ask to be in a better spot.
