Rafi Devers bobblehead night, and he comes through.

You know who else came through and always comes through is Casey Schmidt, who's joining us now live at Oracle Park.

We're waiting for the Casey bobblehead night.

I don't know when that's gonna happen, but, appreciate you joining us.

Thanks for the time.

Stay tuned.

Stay tuned.

Stay tuned.

All right, let's get to work on that.

I do wanna start with Devers, though.

I mean, just watching him go to work a- at the box, like, what goes through your mind as his teammate when you see him do something like he did tonight with two home runs?

Yeah, I mean, he's always in scoring position, so it's, it's fun to watch.

yeah, I mean, he, he's just, he's just so good.

He's a special talent and, you know, I'm just, I'm so glad we have him on our team.

And yeah, he's, he's a fun guy to be in, be around, and, he's a s- he's an awesome leader in the clubhouse as well.

Hey, Casey, tonight you got a start in left field to play behind Logan Webb.

You've gotten a third, a second, a short, a first.

You've played everywhere behind Logan Webb.

Either way, what's it like to really watch him go out and put out that type of performance that he put, not just for this whole month of June, but tonight's game in a time where you guys really needed to win?

Yeah, I mean, it was he, he had command of every single pitch that, that he throws.

he threw the ball really well and, I, I just love, love being out there watching him do his thing, and, you know, he's, he's just a great dude as well.

And, he's just a, he's such a big t- part of our team, and he's so much, he's just so much fun to be around.

you know, he's someone that, that kinda, that kinda took me under the, under his wing, you know, early on in my career and, you know, I, I love him to death, man.

Like, he's the man.

as you've gotten to play in the outfield here, and the infield actually with Luis Arias out for a couple games, but in the outfield it's kinda been a shuffle of some new faces in the mix.

Jonah Cox got a start.

Victor Barraco had a couple big ones.

Drew Gilbert obviously has been filling a void at center field.

what's it been like to watch some of the young players really try to ta- make the most of their opportunities and develop here with this Giants organization?

It's been fun.

seeing Victor do that, in back to back days the other day, you know, it was, it was, it was so much, it was so much fun to watch, and especially with, you know, all the things that are going on and for him to go out and, you know, play and, and, and have that kind of game, it's been, it's been a lot of fun to watch.

And, Drew, Drew's crazy, you know, being around him.

And, he's, he's a, he's a great player, great talent, and, he's, he keeps the locker room very, very loose.

Casey, we can't let you go without asking, was it Cinnamon Toast Crunch for breakfast this morning?

I did actually have that.

I had CT Crunch this morning.

Yeah.

It was, it was in, it was in there.

All right.

Every day now, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Giants win.

Yeah, it, it seems to be working, so I guess you c- can't stop now, right?

That's right, you can't.

Thanks so much, Casey, always appreciate it.

All right, thank you.
