Conor McGregor pleased with contract ahead of UFC return: 'I’ve got a great deal'

Conor McGregor will face Max Holloway in a July 11 rematch at UFC 329 in Las Vegas, marking his first Octagon appearance since July 2021. The bout at T-Mobile Arena is scheduled at welterweight, revisiting Conor McGregor vs Max Holloway under the UFC 329 banner. McGregor said he is pleased with his contract terms, telling Mac Energy (via Championship Rounds) that recent arrangements align with UFC events now available on Paramount+ instead of pay-per-view points. Their first meeting, at 145 pounds in 2013, ended in a unanimous decision for McGregor despite a torn ACL. He has not fought since breaking his leg against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 and later withdrew from UFC 303 versus Michael Chandler due to a broken toe.
