Manager claims Conor McGregor 'looking to stay active' after UFC return
Conor McGregor’s manager said McGregor intends to stay active after his comeback, a development relevant to upcoming UFC scheduling. McGregor is booked to face Max Holloway at UFC 329 on July 11 in a welterweight bout at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The matchup will be his first appearance since a 2021 leg break in a trilogy loss to Dustin Poirier. Audie Attar told MMAjunkie.com they “won’t wait a year” for the next fight while avoiding long-term projections. McGregor previously teased Michael Chandler and withdrew from a UFC 303 booking in 2024 due to injury. Some fans remain cautious until Holloway and McGregor enter the Octagon.
