Eagles Hold Firm on Saquon Barkley at 2-5 Ahead of Nov. 10 Trade Deadline
The 2-5 Philadelphia Eagles are holding firm on Saquon Barkley. General manager Howie Roseman has reportedly told suitors the running back is unavailable before the Nov. 10 trade deadline. Barkley has two years and $35 million left on his deal, and Philadelphia reportedly wants to keep its offensive core together for 2027, though with Jalen Hurts out for the season the Eagles could sell other players. Barkley's production has dropped sharply to 244 rushing yards and a touchdown on 43 carries, down from an average of 1,572 yards over his first two seasons in Philadelphia. A back injury held him to nine snaps against Dallas, but he is expected to play Sunday against Washington.
