John Summerall has done it again.
He has landed another top 175 recruit, this time cornerback Raheem Floyd out of East St. Louis, beating out the hometown Missouri Tigers.
Now, the finalizing of the commitment of Floyd is huge for a couple of reasons.
One, it's the second cornerback that they've landed in the last two days with Kamari Whitfield being the last one on Monday.
Plus, it gives them six defensive backs to really help reshape the back end of Brad White's defense.
And after getting another six last year, including a couple of late commitments, including a guy from junior college in Javier Jones, we're looking at a cornerback and social room that's excellent.
Now, it also lands the Gators who have the number eight class per rivals, their 17th blue chip commitment out of 26 total, which ties for the lead with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
It's a massive recruiting class for Summerall, and he's doing a phenomenal job.
