I love hearing this and I am so excited about Omar Cooper Jr.'s future with the New York Jets.
What's up, y'all?
It's Ross Johnston with A to Z Sports and Rich Cimini citing that Omar Cooper Jr. was the team's most impressive rookie during spring workouts is outstanding.
I mean, Omar Cooper Jr. was a great pick by the New York Jets in the first round, one of their three first round selections, and it is a huge position of need for the Jets wide receiver.
Outside of Garrett Wilson and maybe A.D. Mitchell, the Jets don't really have anything on the perimeter to help out their offense.
Omar Cooper Jr. is going to do that.
I am on fire about his production, not only this year, but in the future with the Jets.
Now, he'll probably go through the rookie lumps per usual.
We have no idea what the Jets quarterback situation is going to be.
Probably Geno for the most part, but you never know what could happen.
It is the New York Jets.
Omar Cooper Jr. is going to be a weapon on the perimeter.
He's going to take attention away from Garrett Wilson and open him up a little bit more out there.
And again, the Jets targeted positions of need this offseason.
They went after, and you could say that's a lot of places it is the Jets, but they went after very important players.
Omar Cooper Jr., the top receiver on a national championship team in Indiana last year, is going to do big things for the green this year.
And man, I'm excited to watch it.
I think he's going to have a boatload of catches this season if he stays healthy, a good bit of yards, and hopefully he'll find the end zone a few times as well.
