Have you started kind of thinking about what it would be like with Jordan Davis inside, Jalen Carter more?

Think about it all the time.

it's, it's gonna be, it's gonna be fun, man, because, those are two guys as well who are selfless, but also understand how much impact they can have on a game.

and I just told them when I got here, "Man, look, I feed off of y'all.

I'm just gonna let y'all do y'all thing," and I'll eventually obviously read and see how they like to play, versus certain opponents.

but my I'm not here to slow y'all down.

I'm just gonna b- be here and kinda feed off of y'all and obviously add to it as well, which I've already started.

but just knowing that those two guys who can just take a and dominate an entire game, change a whole game plan, change a whole, protection for slides and stuff like that, having that as an advantage is gonna be great as an edge guy.

Every edge guy will tell you that if you got two guys right there, inside pushing a pocket and just causing disruption, makes our job a whole lot easier.

On that, what do you see in Jaleux?

Jaleux is, like, a freak of-- Like, he's an athlete, and I think that's the part where when I first I seen him when we played obviously last year, he got a pick six on us in Minnesota.

well, that was pretty crazy.

But, he's an athlete and, and, and how, like, young he is and, like, where his game could really go is crazy.

he's making certain pass rush moves.

I'm like, "Man, this kid, like, he is..." The athletic bend that you can't really teach, it's just natural for him.

He has a natural feel for the game.

and dimension athlete, he obviously got, led the team in picks, so, and you seen we had a pick yesterday.

So it's just like him doing these things is, it doesn't surprise me 'cause I've always watched him when I was in, Minnesota.

I always watch everybody.

but he's onl- he's been as advertised, so, I'm excited to see what he can do this year too for sure.

Similar note, what's been your impressions of, Nolan?

Oh, Nolan?

You know, he's a Georgia boy, so I'm a little biased, you know what I mean?

That's my, my, my Georgia boys.

But, but Nolan is great, man.

I think his relentlessness and his mindset every day he comes into practice, sometimes you think he a seven, eight-year vet like myself sometimes where we just carry on conversation.

but he understands what's up.

He know, understands the position that he's in.

He understands how, at the defensive end position, how we can take over games, and I think he's taking that on as a, a chip on his shoulder.

he's el- elevating his game, bigger, stronger, faster, asking more questions.

he be locked in.

So, I- I'm really excited.

Like, those two, Jaleux and J- and Nolan, I mean, their game is only gonna con- continue to grow, and I think my job here is just continue to help them with that.

You know, I'm just gonna, any two cents I can add, I'm gonna do that to make sure that they get to that point, that I know they wanna get to.
