They just tell me relax, you know, make sure I execute my turn well, come off, stay strong, compete.

Awesome.

Well, thank you so much, and good luck.

Thank you.

I have some more questions.

Our athletes have kind of been having their way this entire meet.

Uh-huh.

What's really happening in training?

Like, what's going right for you guys?

I mean, you see yesterday we had about five people in the 100 final.

Okay.

We got me and Brandon, who's about to go up right now in the 200.

We have more that didn't compete, so every day at practice is like a war zone, you know?

We It's iron sharpens irons out there, so you compete with the to- the top in the world every single day.

So it's nothing to come out here with the rest of the world and compete.

What was your biggest takeaway from this race heading into the finals tomorrow?

That my execution is there.

Just need to stay strong, compete, and then leave it all out there tomorrow.

And then what's next on the circuit for you?

I'm not sure.

I'm gonna hit the road.

You know, money season, we got Ultimate Champs at the end of the year, so just get, get done with this, get back to home, rebase, and then see what's up from there.

All right.

Thank you.

So you've been on the circuit for a long time, almost like 10 years in the individual- Yeah but it's kind of US championships for the team.

What's it taken you consistently being on this team to being consistent?

Man, take care of your body.

You know, that's what I've been struggling with my whole career, is that it's tough to maintain, you know, finances for personal, finances for medical, and anything else.

So I would say just taking care of your body, putting that first and foremost, and everything else take care of itself.

Do you feel like this is any different kind of things you've changed, kind of realized over the years to kind of make, kind of take care of your body more?

Any kind of learning, finding, any kind of that?

Yeah, yeah.

It's definitely, it's just like anything else.

You work smarter, not harder, you know?

You budget, you put everything in plan, and everything will take care of itself.

Well, thank you so much.

Good luck.

No problem.

Thank you.

Thanks, Kerry.

Thank you.
