I guess just what do you make, uh, day one.

Day one, it's great to be back, great to be out there, um, I had a really good offseason, uh, I stayed here most of the time, you know, so, um, you know, we had some really good work and , uh, really excited to, uh, start your nine off.

Yeah, last couple of seasons, offseason, for you, but how is this one now fully healthy, participate in everything, things all behind you.

How do you attack this?

It's just like, just like any other year, you know, um.

Working together, uh, getting the plays down, um, you know, we had some time off, you know, but everyone, uh, gelling back together, um, I thought today was a great first day.

Can you talk about Rick Dennison and what it's, I mean, it looked like he was in all of your years, yeah, Rico, yeah, yeah, him, Big Ben, Mario, Pete, uh, we have a great, great coaching staff, and they wanna get the best and most out of us.

And even with the bigger group, we, we get a lot of good work in, um, and Rico.

On top of that for sure, what's been the biggest, I guess, difference with with him like in terms of whether it's the teaching, the coaching, just the way he's getting across what he's hoping to to accomplish?

Yeah, he's been in the game for a while.

He's coached a lot of great guys.

Um, he's, uh, you know, he's, he's very, you know, detail oriented, um, and his, uh, I think he's, he, there's coaching technique, but I think with his experience he has a broader scope of things, um, that kind of brings that next, the next, uh, level to it, but, uh.

You know it's not, it's not too complicated right now, you know, we're doing the drill work, getting good, good drill work, getting good work, and, uh, we, our goal is to try to transfer that over to, uh, to team.
