And he got him on a pitch in the dirt.
So Peterson with back-to-back strikeouts.
And he strikes out Muncy.
What a comeback by Peterson.
Three straight strikeouts to strand the bases loaded.
And David throws a curveball and Paez hits it down the left field line, out of sight, and into the stands for a three-run homer.
Number five for Andy Paez, and it's four-nothing Dodgers.
Joey Gerber makes his Mets debut.

And he strikes out Tucker, so first batter he faces as a Met, Joey Gerber strikes out Kyle Tucker for the first out.
Mets are letting opposing pitchers get off pretty easily.
That's a good fastball away by Gerber to strike out Hernandez for the second out.
And Paez strikes out on the foul tip.
And Gerber throws a zero in his first inning as a Met with three strikeouts.
