Mets vs Giants (4/2/26) | Mets Highlights

The Mets' offense continues to struggle as the Mets fell to the Giants, 7-2. Bo Bichette had an RBI double in the first and Mark Vientos hit his first home run of the season.

At Oracle Park in San Francisco, the New York Mets play the San Francisco Giants.

And he misses high, ball four, and Lindor's on with a leadoff walk.

So Lindor now with eight walks in the first six plus games.

That's the most of any player in the National League.

Bichette drives one toward the left field corner.

That ball's gonna bounce all the way to the wall.

Soto digging for third.

Tim Lepus gonna wave him around.

The relay throw to the plate by Adamas, it hits Soto and it's backed up nicely by Ray.

It's an RBI double for Bo Bichette, and three batters into the game, the Mets have a one nothing lead.

Digging for third is Ramos.

It took a funky bounce and Ramos will score.

Arraez will go all the way to third with an RBI triple.

And now that's hit down the line by Chapman, slicing toward the corner.

That's a fair ball.

Bouncing up against the wall.

Arraez comes in with the lead run.

Taylor's throw to second just a shade late.

Max Chapman with an RBI double to drive in a run.

He wanted it down and away and it stayed up.

Now Jung Hoo Lee grounds one and a beautiful stop by Vientos.

And the throw to off by Peterson, and Chapman will come in to score.

Now Vientos, after sitting for the first four games of the year, getting a chance to play three days in a row, and he is showing that he wants to be in the lineup.
