I think that this year, the way that Elko is putting this together is going to be a lot more successful because there's more of a vision.
Instead of just trying to get as many big name kids as possible and to stack a roster that way, they're actually trying to find value wherever they can in an era where it's really freaking hard to find value and to have deep recruiting classes and for most of those guys to stick and to stay around.
So yeah, I'm pretty bought in for what Elko has accomplished and what he's putting together here.
I think that he is the, was the right coach because he's such a polar opposite of Jimbo, and when a lot of people criticized the hiring at the time, I don't think recognized that you needed to go in the totally different direction of steadiness rather than boom or bust like Jimbo was.
I just think inherently people don't understand building a recruiting class to the degree that they should in terms of like what cohesively works.
Like obviously, I mean, like make no mistake about it, Joe, Texas A&M is forking up a lot of money to put this class together.
I'm not sitting here and saying like this is built on sunshine and rainbows and no false promises-
