NHL Rumor Roundup: Will Nazem Kadri, Elias Pettersson And Steven Stamkos Get Moved By The Trade Deadline?
It appears only a matter of time until the Calgary Flames trade Nazem Kadri; there is growing trade interest in Vancouver Canucks center Elias Pettersson, and Nashville Predators forward Steven Stamkos reminds everyone why he's not sweating the upcoming trade deadline.

I'm Lyle Richardson of the Hockey News, and in today's NHL Rumor Roundup column, we're looking at the latest speculation regarding Calgary Flames center Nazem Kadri, Vancouver Canucks center Elias Pettersson, and Nashville Predators forward Steven Stamkos.
We begin with Kadri, as reports out of Calgary suggest that it's only a matter of time until the thirty-five-year-old center is traded.
It's believed that the Flames have been getting serious offers for Kadri, and he would, in fact, be open to being traded.
However, Kadri is signed beyond this season, and Flames General Manager Craig Conroy is willing to be patient and wait to get a better assessment of the market before moving him.
Meanwhile, in Vancouver, as we mentioned, Pettersson has also, come up as, there's been talk that, he's be- generating more interest in the trade market.
however, the Canucks have yet to receive any serious trade offers for him, and his, agents are waiting to, bring him in to the discussions if it looks like there's going to be an offer on the table.
And there's been, speculation that the Los Angeles Kings and the Detroit Red Wings could be among the teams that are interested in him.
As for Stamkos, he was the topic of, trade speculation earlier in the season when the Nashville Predators were near the bottom of the standings.
But with the Predators now within striking distance of a wild card berth, he's not, coming up quite so often in the rumor mill anymore.
In fact, Stamkos, recently said that he's not sweating, the, approaching, March trade deadline, reminding everybody that he has a full no-movement clause on his contract for the next two years.
In other words, Stamkos isn't going anywhere.
