I look at guys like Gerby Lambert as first and foremost, and I'm like, "This guy is going to be a star."
You know, he was pretty good last year.
And, you know, Travis, I'm putting these run game videos together, and I know you guys watch through some of that.
You watch Gerby in the first few games, and then you watch Gerby, like, mid-October into November.
You're like, "Dude, he just got better and better and better and better."
And even with a lot of technical deficiency.
deficiencies is a, is a bad word for that.
lack of maturity with his technical game, which you expect of a red shirt freshman.
Anthony Knapp had those issues in his first year as a starter as well.
Still did last year, number two.
And so, you know, I, I look at it and say, this is a situation where he is gonna step in and be an absolutely dominant player.
I think he's even more comfortable at tackle.
He is both nationally, and then when you top in the, type in the film, gonna be a star.
Absolutely correct in, in, in saying it.
You know, not correct, but absolutely gonna step up and just be that monster and, and be a driver of the offensive line.
But I know we're not stopping with him.

my next guy's also on the offensive line, and I'm going with Anthony Knapp.
To Brian's point, I think we're finally gonna get the offensive line lineup that we've desired to see really the last two seasons, give or take, more so Anthony Knapp being an inside interior offensive lineman where I think he can absolutely thrive.
What you now, I guess you could say, lack with a lot of the veteran presences on the interior of Notre Dame's offensive line having departed the last two years, Rocco Spindler, Pat Coogan, now Billy Schrouth.
Ashton Craig is working his way back from injury.
Gerby Lambert's getting kicked to the outside.
We haven't seen Charles Jagus on much of a capacity yet.
I think Anthony Knapp could be that presence on the interior where it's, hey, we talk a lot about Notre Dame short yardage on this show and how that has to improve.
That's almost top of the list.
Short yardage and red zone short yardage is where this team has to get better.
This offense has to get better.
I think the opportunity in front of Anthony Knapp is to say, "Hey, we're in They're in the huddle."
Do you remember in the Here Comes the Irish documentary was against Boise State, and Malachi Fields was like, "Hey, just, just throw faith.
