Scottie Scheffler birdied the 17th hole at Royal BIrkdale but it did not come without drama. He walks reporters through what happened and how he was able to put a circle on his card despite putting himself in danger off the tee. Scheffler finished with a 3-under 67 on Sunday, his best score of the 2026 Open.
