Albert Simeon, talented offensive lineman out of Lake Charles in Louisiana, six-four, two hundred and eighty plus pounds.
Could play offensive tackle in the college level, could play interior offensive line.
Notre Dame has been pushing hard for Albert Simeon.
Obviously, Notre Dame already has a very talented group of offensive linemen committed, including James Holter, Olu, Olu Bolola.
You also have Jackson Hill.
You also have Richie Flanagan, the young- younger brother of James Flanagan and the son, obviously, of Jim Flanagan, former Notre Dame defensive lineman.
I think today, I-- This is as close to a fifty-fifty coin toss as I think is maybe on this list right now.
That's kinda how I would coin this one.
N-no pun intended there.
Louis- He's a Louisiana kid, but I've always felt, and this has been, like, a month and a half, that I don't think that he's gonna end up at LSU.
Could be wrong there, but I, I just think it's gonna be Notre Dame or Texas A&M.
That is my pulse on the situation.
If he ended up at Texas A&M, I wouldn't be shocked.
If he ended up at Notre Dame, I would also wouldn't be shocked.
I put Texas A&M in the article as my prediction.
But again, folks, I think that Notre Dame still has a very strong chance here.
We shall see what the next couple weeks bring.
But Notre Dame is certainly pushing hard for Albert Simeon, but I will pick him to the Aggies as of today.
Tight end position, they have a commitment from Titus Hawk.
Malik Howard committed to Tennessee about a week ago at this point now.
Notre Dame has more than likely done a tight end unless there's somebody that pops up on the radar during the evaluation period early in this season.
So you're probably just gonna take one tight end in this class.
Now let's go over to the defensive side of the football.
This is where things get really interesting because as you guys kind of probably noticed by that offensive line list, not a ton of offensive players, targets that remain.
This is a defensive heavy official visitor season list, right?
