How would you assess kind of your performance, not only on the practice field and the games, the, the practice, everything that you've, you've had since you've been here this month?
How would you assess how you've played?
You know, I feel like I've done some really good stuff, but I feel like there's also been a lot of things I need to improve on.
Um, but, you know, for me though, I'm just worried about how, how can, how can I, can I, can I help out the team get better, um, because, you know, I can't execute, you know, my calls, um, to the fullest if, you know, my D tackles aren't doing their thing or the, the linebackers.
So without them, you know, I can't do, you know, what I'm doing right now.
What is one part of your game this offseason that you wanted to, you know, improve on, and have you improved on it yet?
Yeah, um, personally, uh, I've, you know, really wanted to get stronger in this past offseason, put a little size on, uh, be able to play the run game a little bit better, um, you know, and then, obviously, you know, coaches here are really helping me out, you know, with the technique and stuff like that to be able to do so.
Would you talk about Robbie Leonard, just the man this team, these veterans very much love him and What has been your initial thoughts about Robbie?
Yeah, man, you know, uh, he, he's a real quiet guy in the building.
Um, you know, he's been great though.
Um, you can tell there's a lot of love, uh, from the vets and the people who've been here, you know, obviously I've only known him for about a month now, but he's been, he's been great, man.
You know, he's a, he has a lot of fire, and once we get on the field, he goes from a, you know, pretty quiet dude to, you know, pretty amped up out there in the field, which is great, you know, you love to see that, especially out in DC.
Um, but yeah, he's been, he's been a great guy though so far, and you know, I enjoy playing for him.
It's not specifically at your position, but you have some crossover with Dean and Williams for your time with the Eagles.
Have those guys helped you kind of get like familiar faces helped you get accustomed to the race?
Yeah, man, it's, it's always great, you know, seeing Ronnell, N , Tristan, uh, Thomas Booker, you know, we all played in, you know, together.
Um, they're all great players.
And a great coach.
Um, so kind of coming here, being with a new team, it's always nice having some familiar faces and that can also help you out, uh, you know, learning, you know, terminology, even it's from Nkobe, uh, it's, it's gonna come from the back end from Tristan talking to him or something like that.
It's always really nice.
And Arnell's one heck of a coach.
Um, he was like that when we were in Philly.
So, you know, me and him had a really good, uh, relationship, and so it's just nice having somebody like that here.
