I talked to players that have been here as long as you've been here, and they've said that they're all going in the right direction.

They're all swimming in the same direction.

Do you get that same sense and how does that feel ?

100%.

You know what, I, I, I think that the challenge is to stay swimming in the right direction the entire season.

You know, there's some good moments, there's some bad moments.

But you've got to stay going in the right direction.

Um, even if you take a step back, you got to take 3 steps forward.

Uh, that's this league, that's the NFL, um, so, and I, I do feel that too.

Michael, you appear to be the comfort level that you were at Notre Dame.

It's been very obvious this training camp.

Am I reading that right?

I believe so, yeah.

I really love this offense.

I really love Clint.

I really love, um, you know, Luke Steckel, the tight end coach who's, that's your 3 form here, and, um, you know, when I heard he was coming back, I was very delighted.

Um, I love that man to death and Uh, he, he knows how to coach.

He's one hell of a coach.

And, um, it's just about, it's about being comfortable, um, you know, being the type of player that I can be and going out there and showing people, but, um, You know, tack gets me right.

Clint's done a fantastic job, and, and really it's about me putting the best version of myself out there and doing anything I can.

His use with tight ends, how much do you think this offense is going to help you excel this season?

I think so.

Yeah, I think, I think it's on me though.

I need to be ready.

I need to know the offense, you know, like the back of my hand, um, and I need to keep my head down and I need to work.

You know, I know there's going to be mistakes.

I can't let mistakes ruin the day.

I can't let them ruin the rep.

I can't let them ruin the period.

I got to move on.

Mistakes are, you know, they happen.

So, um, I'm very, very excited for this season.

I just need to keep working hard, keep my head down, and, um, you know, good things are gonna happen.
