During the ninth inning, I saw you come almost to the mound.
Just what, you know, kind of the range of emotions from you taking the lead, you guys almost coming back, the replay review.
Yeah.
You know, it was, it was crazy.
You know, the catch, no catch, that's not something you normally see in baseball.
And then the review, and then it's bases loaded.
It- it's so, it, I don't know, it's kind of crazy to, to see that call made, just 'cause you very rarely ever see something like that overturned.
And then, you know, it's not a catch, but the, you know, the base runners are told that it's a catch, they have to stay, and then all of a sudden it's bases loaded.
And then obviously not being able to come through, it was a very up and down game for sure.
You and Dylan shared a moment in the dugout after the sixth inning.
What did that mean for him to get out of that jam?
That was huge.
You know, for me to leave the bases loaded, nobody outs right there, and then him come through and not give up a run, I mean, that was, that's what you, that's what you want in a reliever, is to come into that situation.
I mean, you're almost, you know, in that situation, it's like you're playing for the double play, gonna give up the run.
But he was able to get out of it with no runs, and that was, I mean, as a starting pitcher, to have that happen is huge.
What was going on with the walks?
You know, I felt like I was making really good pitches and then, just wasn't getting the, the chase on it.
You know, looking back at, where a couple of those sinkers were, it felt like they were really close.
And it felt like they kind of almost, in that last inning, just decided to kind of run my pitch count up and just try to take a strike.
And, you know, those pitches that were just missing, they weren't swinging at them.
And, you know, that's baseball.
I, I need to get back in the zone in that situation and, but yeah, I felt like I was making some really good pitches that inning.
