Third place.

How did it feel about the- I know it was windy out there.

It's really windy, but I feel like I did good.

I could've set up the race a little better, but that's just something that we have to go back to the drawing board and figure out.

But overall, I'm really excited.

I'm really proud of myself for being able to just come out here and compete.

You know, it's been a long season for me, starting in January, still being able to go now almost to August.

It's really a blessing, and I really just thank God for allowing me to be here and compete today.

It has been a really long season, and you're also dropping fast times over and over.

I think it was fifty-point-eight today.

What do you really, like, attest to your consistency this way?

Honestly, just keeping my mental right.

At the beginning of my pro career, earlier in June, I had a drop, and now it's just me coming back up slowly.

But yeah, just working on my mental.

After NCAAs, it was a lot to just keep going.

So yeah.

And a lot of success at NCAA too.

So then how do you, like, kind of, like, keep short-term memory to keep yourself locked in and focused race after race?

Well, especially now, I have a training group, but transferring from that to, like, the, from the Arkansas, my group at Arkansas, we were so tight, so close.

So now all of them, their seasons are done, and it's just me.

It's really honestly sad.

I miss them every day.

But, like, just knowing that they are all rooting for me, my family's rooting for me, everybody's rooting for me.

So just knowing that is really, pushes me every day.

Right.

So a lot of change.

And how have the adjustments went?

How Clearly, it's going well, as you said, on the track, but what, how does the conversation look that we don't see?

Really good.

My coach believes in me.

He knows that I can run fast.

It's just me going out there, believing in myself, trusting myself.

And yeah.

Thanks so much.

Congratulations.

Thank you.
