The Tennessee Volunteers 2027 Recruiting Class Put On A Show
Last weekend two of the Tennessee Volunteers' top recruits in the 2027 recruiting class faced off as David Gabriel Georges of Baylor Academy and Kesean Bowman of Brentwood Academy went head to head. In this game both players made big plays and each found the end zone. While Vols fans should be excited about 2026, it's hard not to get excited about the possibility in the 2027 class.

The college football season has not started, but there was a game on national television last weekend that should leave Tennessee fans absolutely thrilled for the potential of the 2027 season, as ESPN2 aired the Brentwood Academy-Baylor School matchup to open up the high school football season last Thursday night.
And Tennessee's prized five-star running back commit, David Gabriel George, was unbelievable.
Do yourself a favor if you're a Tennessee fan.

250 yards, three total touchdowns, DGG throwing defenders off of him, catching passes in the wide areas of the field, rumbling for yards after a catch.
Acrobatic, simply electric stuff from Tennessee's future star running back.
But the thing is, it wasn't just David Gabriel George to excite Tennessee fans in this game.
There's a guy on the other side of the ball in that game as well, in four-star wide receiver Keishon Bowman, that had an 80-yard touchdown in this matchup that continues to highlight the progress that Tennessee is making in recruiting.
The 2026 season is ahead, and all focus should be there for Tennessee football.
But there's no question it is difficult not to get excited for 2027 with the amount of blue-chip caliber players that will be on the field for Tennessee, highlighted by David Gabriel George.
