Indy the cat?
Indy is an offspring of a Cocker Spaniel, a Poodle and a cat??? There is Dog DNA test kits which you can buy. Today, we took Duke, Duchess and Indy to the Vet.The fee got higher than last year AGAIN.For each dogOffice Visit... $45Heartworm/Lyme/EHRL/ANA/Test... $47DHLPPC Vaccination.... $23Bordetella.... $20Intercetor...one year $49Vectra 3D....one year $122Duke and Indy are positive on Lyme test.So, they got Doxycycline for a month. That is $11.60Next year, above of them plus Rabies Shot.($20??)Amy said,"Indy will send me to a poor house."Hahaha...They cost less than raising a child.今アメリカではミックス犬のDNAテストをする飼い主が増えています。特に一般的に強暴だとされている犬種はアパートやマンションでは飼うのが禁止されているし、家の保険に加入出来ないのでミックス犬はDNAテストをする必要があります。獣医でするテストの他にも毛や歯茎の回りを擦る種類の検査キットを郵送するものがあるようです。値段も５０～１２０ドルぐらい。Duke達は父親が同じプードルで母親が違うコッカー。窓際に寝そべって外を見るのが大好きなIndyには猫のDNAが入っているのでしょうね。今日は犬達の検診日。毎年値上がりしています。多頭飼いの割引が去年からなくなって以下が犬一匹につきの料金です。検診料が４５ドル。血液検査４７ドル。予防注射４３ドル。（六種混合＋ボルデテラ予防）フィラリア予防薬(１年分）４９ドル。ノミ･ダニ寄生予防剤(１年分)１２２ドル DukeとIndyはライム病に罹っていて（Dukeは二度目）抗生物質剤をひと月朝晩飲まなければいけません。１１ドル６0セント。高いですね～～。来年は三年毎の狂犬病の予防注射も・・・エミはロサンジェルスに引っ越したらIndyをドッグ･デー･ケアに毎日預ける事になります。エミが｢ペット貧乏になる。」と嘆いています。でも子供を育てるよりはずっと安いですよね～～～。

Lunch at CIA
We had lunch at CIA.No, we didn’t do anything bad.No, we are not Central Intelligence Agents.We went St. Andrew’s café (Casual American and Fusion) at CIA, The Culinary Institute of America.(We couldn’t make a reservation at French nor Italian restaurant.)It is less formal and family friendly restaurant.It seems you don’t need making a reservation in advance.Food was great.We like all dishes we ordered.We might be lucky ordering the best food they offer.Lisa is thinking to have her birthday lunch or dinner at French restaurant at CIA.We are told you should make a reservation three months in advance for French and Italian restaurants.Lisa has to act quickly then.VIDEOお天気の良い今日はCIA料理大学でランチと散歩を楽しんできました。希望のレストランであるフレンチもイタリアンも予約が取れず 当日でも予約が取れたフージョン料理のレストランセント・アンドリューズ カフェ。期待をしていなかったのですが美味しくて値段もリーズナブルで大満足。次回はフレンチとイタリアンに挑戦。既にリサは誕生日のランチをフレンチレストランに予約。２～３ヶ月前に予約を入れないといけないらしいです。

Hot Air Balloon
What are they doing so close to our house?Video Lucky, they didn't stall landing on our tree.Maybe, they came down to pick the apples? Video我が家の庭に飛んでいた熱気球。幸いリンゴの木に引っかからなくて良かったです。今年はリンゴが６月から実がなっています。酸っぱくてそのままでは食べれない青リンゴですが犬達は大好き。DuchとIndyは落ちているリンゴでボール遊びをしています。

Millbrook
We took the dogs for a strol around Millbrook.It's so cool outside, it feels more like the end of September.We saw many old people and an old car that is still running. We found a small but pretty park.They kept this park very clean and well maintained.Picture time Oh, Indy... you are cute, too. 涼しく過ごしやすい日が続いています。エミはロサンジェルスへの引越しを一週間延期しました。今日はミルブロークの町で犬達と散策。老後をこの町で過ごすシニアが多い町で《現役の》数多くのお年寄りとクラシックカーを見かけました。町の端に綺麗に整備されている公園を発見。小規模の公園ですが小川あり丘あり児童公園あり・・・犬達が座っているグラインダーは公園の向かいにある墓地を見渡せる場所に設置されています。老人達がこのブラインダーに座って旧知の故人を懐かしむ為の場所でしょうね。 Duchが一所懸命、Indyを誘っているのですがIndyはDukeやDuchのようにポーズを取ってくれませんね～～。写真写りが悪いと思っているのかしら？
