Blind to -or ignorance to the truth
Needless to say, it's not only people in our country that have been disgusted at how government and the power company stray and evade responsibility since the earthquake disasters and atomic power accident.While there was a chief and workers at the spot who struggled to prevent accident just after the earthquake disaster, -In short, communication disorder between on-site spot and central government and head office caused mutual distrust, and lead to the worst disaster.Intermingling information, confusion and disorders back then are being revealed, which had been spurred by false report.As is already reported, our country won upcoming Olympic game by announcing that they are determined to solve radiation-tainted water problem.But they have performed unrealistic plan and already come to a deadlock.At first, I used to think that it would be impractical to use frozen soil to stop the flow of radiation-tainted subterranean stream-Because our country is not a cold district like Siberia and the Arctic Circle.Even if this predict could be a groundless suspicion... but ignoring people's concern, government approved the resumption of one of the atomic power plants.I wondered how about in other countries ...but in an industrial nation encouraging natural energy, electricity rate is soaring and becoming a major problem.Have the system of huge industrial civilization become outdated?Or have people -especially in industrial countries become so luxury that we cannot live anymore without threaten ourselves? If so, we might have to withdraw ourselves to threaten our place of residence and lives -which can be just what people who want central government grants want us to say, though.In that case, it's nothing but irresponsible to leave all the decision of evacuation plan to local government and pass the cost for settling the accident on electricity rate.Nuclear energy promoters have insisted that nuclear power plants don't emit carbon dioxide and the cost is cheap.-But I think once I placed my excuse why I'm being skeptical; I've read that while it's true that atomic power plant itself doesn't emit carbon dioxide nor consume oil, a lot of oil is consumed in refining uranium.Now, this accident has revealed that the cost for atomic power plants include decommission and dismantling, compensation and decontamination in case of accidents -you name it, everything -Not only money, but also time, labors and lives.It was lucky I didn't place this on Sep.11.Simply because I placed other "10-line essays" around this day.Excuse me for the delay.But if I placed it too hasty, I might have placed wrong diary based on the false report that functionaries neglected the responsibility and fled.(August 2014)◆：Ready to place summery if asked

最近バトン24

I closed this series of fictitious school story last time, But I'd like to prepare a happy ending and reward or punishment they deserve, for the sake of characters.It's almost impossible to call all the characters with pronouns, so I'm calling them with fictitious names.Today's story has nothing to be related with the targets for comparison.Just simply enjoy as a fictitious school story.---------- Haru is a rationalist girl.She always supports Sei, her friend who is bullied by Nao and their entourages in the neighboring class ruled by violence of Nao, Chie and Kou, so that Sei is not isolated.At the same time, Haru thinks it's nothing but waste of time and energy to get involved in matters of rubbish discord around her class, and applies herself to study and what she wants to do.It seems that neither Haru nor Sei has a choice to change schools.---------- Haru made up her mind to move to bridging class.She had been thinking of it once, but she had thought that it would be impossible because she was not good at foreign language while she was good at science and social studies.But she decided that she wouldn't be able to even study properly in this dangerous class, so she began to plunge into hard study.Sei has a little weak constitution -that was one of the reasons she was a target of Nao's bully group -but she has an artistic talent.So Haru recommended Sei that she should go to bridging class of art in this school and leave this class.When Haru was thinking of how to suggest it to Sei's parents, Sei was assaulted by Nao's bully group and injured.Haru and another friend of her witnessed it, and the friend happened to take a picture with cell-phone, which became a conclusive proof.Haru visited Sei's family and told everything.Sei's parents pressured the school, local Board of Education and police to solve the problem.As a result, Nao was ousted from student council, and he was expelled from school and arrested as well as Kou and Chie.Since then, more and more testimony began to come up, and members of bully groups in Shu's class-or more like crime rings- were taken into custody one after another.In the end, more than three-fourth of Shu's classmates were taken into custody or punished in some way -including Shu himself.Victims of bully groups, such as Emi and Ryu, and remained honest students in this class? -They can choose to stay in this almost empty class or move to other classes.Now the class of Haru, Sei and Nori is safer.So are other classes of Hana and Etsu.The class of Kumi and Riku? -I'd forgotten about them, but maybe...Except for a few honest and constructive people of integrity like Atsu, due to futile cutthroat competition and slander fights, they might be worn out completely, and fail in this school or fall into nervous breakdown.Another possibility is: If they still keep on slander fights, no matter how they could enjoy sense of superiority temporary, eventually the retribution would return to them, and affect when they choose course of their life.This is also true for the class of Nori.Those who keep on controversy aside...Haru took an exam, and won a change of courses she wanted.She has set her goal to become a teacher of social studies to educate children who can live actively even in unreasonable world in the future.After the violence case, Sei took the rest semester off and went through therapy and counseling.So after she returned to school, she had to repeat the same grade due to long-absence, but she was admitted to move to bridging class of art, and gained safer surroundings.Now she is going to school happily.---------- The EndThank you very much for reading.(Story 1)(Story 2)(Story 3)(Story 4)(Story 5)(Story 6)(Story 7)(Story 8)(Story 9)(Story 10) ◇ ：Ready to place translation if asked
