盆栽、Bonsai
盆栽庭園↑（2018年8月12日、さいたま市）五葉松の盆栽↑（ポスターから）大宮盆栽美術館を訪問しました。ジン、シャリなどという初めて聞く言葉に、新しい世界を垣間見ることができました。盆栽の味方が少しわかった気がしました。【Bon appétit !】 Matsu and shimpaku（真柏）, through the passage of time, could partially decay on their trunks and branches yet still maintain their shapes. Such trunks bring out a beautiful contrast between green leaves and its revealed white, skin-like surface. 2018年8月5日の畑
更新剪定したナス↑（2018年8月5日、川口市、埼玉県）ニンジンの種を蒔いた箇所↑（2018年8月5日、川口市、埼玉県）8月5日は、次のような作業を行いました。ナスも体力消耗して夏バテしていますので、株を一ヶ月ほど休ませて秋ナスに備えるために、更新剪定（切り戻し）と根切を行い、牛糞堆肥と化成肥料を施しました。インゲンを撤去して、牛糞堆肥、化成肥料、有機石灰を入れ、ニンジンの種を蒔きました。夏蒔きのぎりぎりの時期ですが、うまく育ってくれることを期待します。全体を不織布で覆いました。水をたっぷり吸って、うまく発芽してほしいものです。トマトの整枝をして風通しを良くしました。落花生、ゴーヤ、ピーマン類に追肥をしました。ダイコン用地、芽キャベツ用地に苦土石灰を入れて耕耘しました。ゴマもそろそろ収穫時期が近づいてきているようですので目が離せません。キュウリを撤去しました。【Bon appétit !】 Pruning（剪定すること）eggplant stems is best done when the plant is established and has already borne some fruit. Be thankful in all circumstances
フルーツジュース屋台↑（2007年3月20日、ビエンチャン、ラオス）久しぶりの「カテゴリ：英語で発見する心の安らぎ」です。今日の英文は：Be joyful always, pray at all times, be thankful in all circumstances. 「いつも喜んでいなさい。絶えず祈りなさい。どんなことにも感謝しなさい。」というような意味にとればよいでしょうか？内村鑑三が、「旧恩について感謝せずに新恩にあずかることはできない。不平等と称する徒が終生満足を感じられないのは、彼が感謝の念に欠けるところがあるからである。」と言っています.同感です。【Bon appétit !】 I know what is to be in need and what it is to have more than enough. 昭和のラーメン屋さん?? in 喜多方
店内の奥↑（2018年7月22日、喜多方、福島）喜多方でラーメン屋さんに入りました。店内に入ると、お店の奥は、私生活の場？です。そういえば、昔のラーメン屋さんは、お店と私生活の場がつながっていたような気がします。【Bon appétit !】 Makoto Shokudo is one of the most famous in Kitakata. You can have an Asa-ra from morning here. It is said that a soy-sauce based Ramen indicates the Makoto Shokudo Ramen. The soy-sauce Ramen is so popular. Usually the Kitakata Ramen has a simple taste, but the Makoto Shokudo Ramen has a rare rich soup and a grease floats on the surface of the soup. もぎたてスイーツ列車 フルーティアふくしま
フルーティア福島↑（2018年7月22日、会津若松）フルーティア福島の車内↑（2018年7月22日、会津若松）会津若松から乗った快速列車は、「フルーティアふくしま」とい名前でした。ふくしまのフルーツが楽しめるというあの走るカフェ、フルーティアふくしまに乗れるのかと期待しました。入線してきた列車は、確かに郡山寄り2両がフルーティアふくしまの車両でした。残念なことに、団体客専用とのことで、一般の人は乗れませんでした。【Bon appétit !】Fukushima Prefecture is Japan's orchard king, producing all sorts of fruit, including apples, Asian pears, peaches and grapes.
