チャンスは人を介してやってくる
おはようございます。 最近、いろいろな勉強会や講演会に積極的に参加しています。 その中で出会った、ボクのメンターの一人であるビジネスマンの方に聞いた話です。＝＝＝ 転機は、出会いによってパワーをもらったり、加速したり、チャンスをつかむことが大切です。 人から紹介してもらった時に、２通りの反応があります。 (1) すぐ会いに行く人 (2) なかなか会いに行かない人 すぐ会いに行く人は、その転機をうまく活用していけます。 なかなか会いに行かない人は、「会いました？」と聞くと、ずいぶん時間がたっているのに「これから連絡をとるところです」と言います。 そうやって出会いを先延ばしにしていると、だんだん人を紹介してもらえなくなります。 人を紹介してもらう時は、自分の中に準備が整ってから頼むことが大切です。 紹介してもらってから準備していたのでは、転機は乗り切れません。 紹介にも賞味期限があります。 すぐに連絡しなければ生かせないのです。＝＝＝ 私のメンターは、「チャンスは人を介してやってくる」が口癖です。 最近、定年退職をしましたが、何社から副社長や上級顧問のオファーが耐えない方です。 そんなメンターを目標にしながら自己投資を続けていきたいです◎ Good morning. In the recent time, I have enjoyed participating seminars and public speeches. The following story is from my mentor who is working as a business person.=== Achieving a chance and power comes from the meeting. But so many people have lost the wonderful chances. There are 2 types of persons when he introduced: (1) a person who goes to meet him/her soon (2) a person who doesn’t go to meet him/her soon The (1) person can get and live the opportunity. The (2) person often says “I’m planning to contact now.” When he/she was asked “Did you meet the person?” The (2) person gradually lose his/her chance to meet a new person by the introduction. You should ask for the introduction when you’re ready for it. You cannot change the chance into a good turning point after you asked. Introduction has a deadline. You must make an appointment soon after you get the chance.=== My mentor often says “Chances are coming through persons.（チャンスは人を介してやってくる）.” He retired a few months ago and he has been given a lot of offers for the vice president or senior manager of other companies. I understand why it happens. I want to keep my good investment on myself for better tomorrow!

「待つこと」と「迷うこと」の違い
何かをするとき、以前のように迷うことが少なくなりました。 「待つこと」と「迷うこと」は違います。 迷わない人は、待つことができます。 迷っていると，むやみに動きます。 待つことは積極的な行動です 。待っている状態は、迷っているから動けないのではありません。 「待つ」という行動を、みずから選んでいるのです。 迷いがなくなることで、落ち着いて待つことができます。 迷いを断ち切らないと、待つことはできません。 待てる人は、いざという時サッと動けます。 今やっておかなければならないことをやっていないので、退屈で、待てないのです。 今やることが何か分かっていて、それをやっていると、迷いがないのです。 するか、しないか、待つか。 自分軸をしっかりもって「待つ」という選択肢もプラスに考えている今日この頃です。=== Good morning. You have heard your friends say “I’ve lost my way, so I can’t start.（迷っているから始めることが出来ないんです）” or “I’m just waiting for the chance to come, I can’t start.（チャンスを待っているので，始めることが出来ないんです）.” Both of them do nothing, but there is one clear difference between them. Those who don’t lose their way can wait. If you’ve lost your way, you randomly start and get nothing. You would say “I made the action because I couldn’t wait any more. Everyone around me has started!” Let me say that “to wait” is not a negative attitude. It is positive because you “choose” to wait. You can do it at any time. Because you feel relaxed, you can make your action without fear or worry. Waiting is an important action. If you cannot wait, it might mean that you are boring because you do nothing what you have to do. You can wait because you know what to do and you do what you have to do. The chance is always coming. The rule of the achievement game is whether you have waited it with preparation.（チャンスはいつも目の前を通っていて，そのための準備が出来ているかが勝負の分かれ目になるのです） I want to enjoy the choice of "choosing" as well as that of "doing" and "stopping."

ポジショントークです
おはようございます。 今年実現したいと思った夢の１つである，投資のＥＱとＩＱについての県外でのセミナー講師をすることになりました。（ちなみに謝礼は，“自分発の豊かさの還元”というポリシーに従って発展途上国に寄付したいと思っています）。 ところで，半年前に株価がここまで回復するとは考えていませんでした。失業率やアメリカの会計ルールの変更に懐疑的なので，基本的には空売りポジションを中心に持ってい ました。しかし市場は上がっていっているので現在は買いポジションが中心です。 最近の株の売買は，とレーダーとして行っています。上がれば買うし，下がれば売ります。分からないときにはしません。 近い将来，何かの理由でマーケットは崩れると考えています。中国株はバブルのような上がり方をしているので，崩れたときには躊躇なくマーケットに入っていこうと思っています。 何も起こらなくても，一般の雑誌が株投資を薦めたり，それまで投資に興味のなかった人が「株を始めたんだ。簡単に儲かりますね」と言うようになったら，それまでの買いポジションを現金化し，空売りの準備を始めようと思っています。＝＝＝ Good morning. My keyboard has broken, and I could not continue this blog. By the way, the other day, one of my dreams in 2009 has come true. It is to talk about the investment EQ and IQ（投資のＥＱとＩＱ）outside of Okayama. I was given the offer by the FX seminar circle. Rewards will be expected, and I’m thinking to contribute（寄付する） the money to some developing countries. Talking about the investment, I stated to change my stock position（株投資の内容） from the 2nd ―3rdweek of this month. My first expectation that I had a half year ago was that the NIKKEI stock market（日経平均） would be around 8,000 yen. So I started to have short-selling of stocks （空売りポジション） at round 9,500-9,800yen little by little. The Tokyo Government says that the worst nightmare of economy crush has been over. But I don’t think that the economy will not become so good as it says: the unemployment rate（失業率）is around 8% and the rate of one job per one person（求人倍率）is below 50%. America has a lot of financial problems behind the recent growing NY market. Especially the change of an accounting rule in U.S. companies ( you can “make” profits by changing numbers on your accounting sheet ※アメリカは時価会計のルールを変更して，粉飾決済が可能なものにした) has brought me a big doubt. However, as a matter of fact, stocks in Japan, America and other countries are still growing. So I closed most of my short-selling and got long-selling of stocks（買いポジション）. I added new long-selling of foreign currency（外貨の買いポジション） last week. Why am I doing in opposite to what I am thinking? Because the market is right. I don’t say that it is “always” right.When I buy and sell stocks in a short term, I am a trader; I buy it when it’s growing, I sell it when it’s falling. I’m just following where the market goes. I do nothing when I cannot understand what’s going on in the market. The stock market will plunge（急落）when something happens. I don’t know what will be the cause and when it will happen. I will have a short-selling of China ETF because the price-rising is fast and the slope is taking the form of an acute angle（上がり方の角度が急角度になり始めている）. It is a symbol of bubble, which means you can have a big chance.

質問力を上げるためのライフワーク・セミナー
昨日、ライフワーク・セミナーに参加しました。 テーマは「質問力」。 質問力を上げるのにもっとも大切なものの１つは「質問をする勇気」ということでした。 また、自分の生き方やや大事な人との関わり方などの大事な質問では 、してはいけない４つのことがあるということも学ぶことができました。 Good morning. Yesterday I joined a Life Work Seminar. The theme was "How to grow your questioning power?" I have been interested in communication, especially in "how to make a good question." The lecturer was Mr. Yano Keizo（八納啓造） architecture（建築家） and a life work school facilitator. What is the most important element to grow your question-making? "It's courage（勇気）." Said Mr. Yano. He said that a good question-maker is the one who has courage to ask a question. Many people are afraid, for example, "Can I ask such a stupid question?" "Does my listener really hear me?" "My question must be too childish." etc. I like questioning when I find something ask. When I make a question, I sometimes put some magical words that ease my fear; "I know this is a beginner's question・・・" （初歩的なことなんですが・・・） "I'm asking for my future・・・" （将来の為に聞いておきたいのですが・・・）=== One of the most treasures that were given in this seminar was "4 points you must avoid when you make important questions." 1. Permission-asking（相手に許可を求める質問）; eg "Is my decision right?" "Do you agree with me?" 2. Choosing-asking（選択をしてもらう質問）: eg "Should I stay in my present company or stop it?" 3. ２種類の間違い
ボクは英語を使うとき、頭の中で日本語を英語に基本的に訳しません。 日本語と同じように直接英語で考えて、英語を発するようにしています。 間違いはあまり気にしていません。 間違いには a global error（誰でも起こりうる間違い）と a fatal error（致命的な間違い）があり、後者でなければコミュニケーション上はほとんど問題は起こりません。 小さなミスをこだわらない気持ちが大切です。Good morning. This is the 4th trial to write a blog in English. One of my friends asked me “Don’t you be stressed by writing English?” I said “No.” When I’m writing English, I’m not thinking in Japanese. I don’t translate my Japanese into English. I’m directly using English just like Japanese. It’s doubt whether my English is truly right or not. But I don’t care so much about the mistakes. There are two types of mistakes when you learn a foreign language; a global error（誰でも起こりうる間違い） and a fatal error（致命的な間違い）. A global error is an error which doesn’t cause a serious problem in communication. For example, there is a sentence, “Tom loves Yuki（トムは由紀を愛しています）.” If you forget to put a third-person singular （３人称単数）“s” after “love,” you can make yourself understood. Selecting a right article（冠詞 and putting a third-person singular after a third-person subject are one of the most difficult points in English; but you will not be in serious trouble. However a fatal error raises a big serious issue in communication. For instance, you’re a friend of Tom. He wanted your advice about his love. You heard “Tom loves Yuki.” Next day, you asked an advice to your girl friend. You said, “Yuki loves Tom.（由紀はトムを愛しています）” You can easily imagine a future trouble, can’t you? I don’t say “Don’t be afraid of mistakes.” It’s impossible to make no errors. Instead, let me give a good lesson which I was given my Australian friend, “Mistakes that don’t kill you will make you strong.” （死んで罪を償わないといけない間違いでなければ、その間違いはあなたを強くする） Let’s enjoy using English, shall we?

キャッシュ・フロー・ゲームをしました
（要旨） 昨日はライフアバウト１０１セミナーで、キャッシュ・フロー・ゲームをしました。単なるお金のＩＱ（作り方や増やし方）の勉強だけでなく、お金のＥＱ（お金との付き合い方）にも焦点を当てたセミナーでした。 豊かで幸せになるためにお金は必要ですが、スキルはせいぜい２０～３０％で、残りは考え方が大事です。 ゲームの展開については、１回目はそれぞれに、２回目はチームを作ってプレイしました。 ほしいものを明確にすること、協力することなど、人生を豊かに幸せにするために必要なことをお互いにたくさん学べた１日となりました。） Good morning. I enjoyed walking this morning at 6:00 in hard rain, and had a beautiful hot shower. By the way we had a Life About 101 Seminar yesterday. Participants played a Cash Flow Game to study and grow our skills and minds of financial intelligence. At first I explained about the minds of financial intelligence. Generally speaking books and seminars about investment focus on “how to make money.” There are no doubts about the importance. You can make money through your work (it’s called salary), but you cannot grow it well without skills and intelligence. However let me emphasize that the skill is only a part; as many as 20-30% of what you need. Then what are the rest 70-80%? It has something to do with your “mind”such as "what's your purpose?, is money really imortant to slove the problem? etc" I personally call it “Investment EQ（投資のＥＱ）.” Without this you cannot become happy. Participants enjoyed a Cash Flow Game twice. They played as they wished in the first game. One of them can get out of the rat race, making a plenty of money by a stock market and buying a giant manshon. When we shared our ideas about the game, he said one important thing. “It’s important to focus on what you want. If the chance arrives, you must make any actions to get it. Don’t hesitate to spend your money for the luck. （自分がほしいものに焦点を当てることが大事。 チャンスがきたら、そのためにアクションをすること。 チャンスのためには、出費をおしんではいけない。） In the second round players made a team. They helped each other, sharing what’s happening now. Nobody could move to the first track, but they learned a lot of significant lessons. The following is one of my impressive comments; “I’ve never played this game by making a team. I’ve played it on the mobile phone. On the digital version, everybody is your enemy. But here we became a friend and supported with each other, looking from the other person’s view. Corporation needs in a real life. （キャッシュ・フロー・ゲームをチームでプレイしたことなんでありませんでした。 いつも携帯で、周りは敵ばかりでした。 でも、今回はみんなが仲間で、相手の立場で考えながらプレイできました。 現実の世界でも協力は必要なんだと思いました。） A Cash Flow Game opened in Life About 101 focuses on not only money skills but also something which makes your life rich. ４０日間のトライアル（その１： 英語でブログ♪）
おはようございます。 昨日から４０日間を目標に、新しいトライアル１つ１つを始めました。 そのうちの１つが、このブログを英語で更新することです。 仕事で英語を使いますが、話すことはあってもあまり書く頻度はありません。 英語力を高めるために気楽に書いていきます。 レスについては、これまでと同様で日本語でもちろんいいＯＫです。これまでと同様に気が付いたことがあれば感想ください。 ＝＝＝ テーマ： 講演会の感想 Good morning. The day before yesterday, I enjoyedo two persons’ speeches. One was about the ethic of self-improvement throughout the career strategy, the other the philosophy management of a company. The first speaker was Mr. Kondo Etsuhiro, an employee of the Achievement Co. and the writer of “１冊目の就活本.” The idea that “your work itself doesn’t change your motivation, but the interpretation does it.”（仕事そのものがやる気を上下させるのでない。その仕事への考え方がそうさせるんだ。） has stayed with me even now. I remembered Honda Ken’s words, “There are no worthless jobs; if there’s any, it’s a job and people who thinks it worthless.”（無駄な仕事なんてない。あるのは仕事とそれを無駄だと考える人だけだ。） I read his book soon after his speech. The following sentence has caught my heart and grown the quality of my daily life; “The meaning of happy life is not to make a right decision; it's to make your decision right by your efforts.”（幸せな人生を生きるとは、正しい決断をすることではなく、決断を正解にしていくことである。） I have made some decisions this summer. I don’t know if they’re right. What I do is to make concrete actions to prove that they were right. Another speaker, Mr. Aoki Hitoshi, a Head of the Achievement, also made an impressive speech. He focused on the philosophy management. I’ve read some books about it such as “成功への情熱” written by Mr. Inamori Kazuo（稲盛和夫）, the starter of Kyosera Co. and “ビジョナリーカンパニー２” by James C. Collins. This time Mr. Aoki shared how to keep his company philosophy. Promotion and salary system was absolutely organized. His management is, in a word, “Clearness is power.” “You must grow your wish.（願望は育てなければならない）” has impacted me a lot. I’ve had some wishes but I’ve never had such a way of thinking. I feel my life starts better and better after Saturday. I want to keep my trials to make life better. Thank you for reading. 1冊目の就活本

キャッシュ・フロー・ゲームします♪
