1985年にリリースされたスティングのソロ・デビューアルバム『ブルー・タートルの夢』からカットされたシングル曲の一つ。

今から40年近く前の米ソ冷戦時代の歌です。

しかしこの曲はまた、ウクライナに侵攻中の現在のロシアにも通じる歌だなと思いました。

今日は私たちにとって競技生活25周年の記念日になります。

長くダンスを続けてこれた平和に感謝しつつ、一刻も早く世界に平和が戻ることを祈ります。
