売られすぎじゃないの？ 日本株
本日、日経平均は、年初来安値更新しました。更新した理由は、いくつかあると思いますが私の個人的な見解では「売られすぎじゃないかな？」と思ってます。私の本業は、土地を取り扱う業務ですが（詳しくは、守秘条項があるので述べない）今年に入ってからは、緩やかに取扱件数が回復しています。関係先に関しても、一時期程の悲壮感が感じられません。薄氷ですが、底は固くなりつつあります。欧州の動向により世界経済の失速が懸念され、そのあおりを受けた上に日本の政界がモタモタしているので、こんなにひどい株価の内容になっているのでは無いかと思います。今後、楽観できるほど株価が回復するとは思いませんが長期的スパンで考えれば、仕込み時かもしれません。投資タイミングに関しては、もうしばらく様子を見て下落を見極めた上で入るのが良いと思います。私の方は、現在フルインベストメントではなく現金が手元にあるので、今後１年をかけてドルコスト平均法で入っていく予定です。なお、債券に関しては日本国債の購入は控えております。これは、現政府を信用できないことからそういう措置をとっております。代わりに１年満期の債券を購入し流動性を確保しています。今後、政府に対する信用度が向上した場合は、日本国債を購入する予定です。

ALL ASIAN DX 入賞 ALL ASIAN DX winning prize
昨年に引き続き、ALL ASIAN DX コンテストで入賞しました。21MHZ部門 ９エリア 一位です。参加者が少ないので、比較的容易に入賞できます。でも、やっぱり１位は嬉しいですね。私の今後の計画は、海外からのコンテスト参戦です。今回の９Ｍ６は、その為の下見的な要素があります。Secondary to last year, won a prize by ALL ASIAN DX contest.Won in 21MHZ section 9area.Because there are few participants, can win a prize relatively easily.But after all the victory is nice.My future plan is contest participation from the foreign countries.This 9M6 has a preliminary inspection-like factor of that purpose.

現地のことは、現地の人に聞く Ask a local person the local information
慣れない地域に行くことから、コタキナバルの天候について心配になったので色々調べてみました。やはり、日本に比べると相当に熱いですね。私は、基本的に暑がりなのでちょっと心配だったりします。日焼け防止の長袖と日焼け止めが必須のようです。ネットの情報では、どうも曖昧なところがあるのでＳＫＹＰＥで現地の局に聞いてみたところ・・・・。How is the weather of that 9m6 August?（８月の９Ｍ６は、どのような天気ですか？）maybe raining, but not everyday, don't worry（ひょっとすると雨かも、でも毎日じゃない。心配ないよ） とのことでした。ガイドブックには、「雨季と乾季があります。雨はスコールのようです。」としか書いてなかったのですが、これでようやく実感が持てました。やはり、現地のことは現地の人に聞くのが一番のようです。この現地の局とは、かれこれ２年ほど前に衛星通信で繋がって以来、SKYPEで時々やりとりをしています。双方の携帯電話の番号は、交換しているので時間が取れれば是非アイボールをしたいです。I go to the area not to know.Therefore examined weather of Kota Kinabalu in various ways because I began worrying.Kota Kinabalu is considerably hotter than Japan.Because I am a person sensitive to heat basically, be slightly anxious.Long sleeves and suntan lotion of the prevention of sunburn seem to be required.In the information of the net, there is a vague place.Therefore after asking local station in SKYPE; ...How is the weather of that 9m6 August?maybe raining, but not everyday, don't worryWas written on a guidebook in this way, and there "are wet season and the dry season"; "the rain is like the squall"I was able to have an actual feeling by a remark of the local station.After all it seems to be the best to ask a local person the field.Communicated with him by satellite communications approximately two years ago.Thereafter sometimes exchange it in SKYPE.Know the number of both cell-phones.If time is produced, I want to do an eye ball by all means.

９Ｍ６ライセンス発給 9M6 license issuance
本日、旅行会社から連絡があり９Ｍ６のライセンスが無事発給されました。コールサインは、９Ｍ６／ＪＥ９ＭＢＶです。申請してから、２か月ちょっとでの発給でした。免許時期が７／１５からでしたので発給時期が遅れたのかもしれませんね。９Ｍ６のライセンスをメールで送っていただいたのですが、日本の免許に比べ着色されており派手です。他には、周波数が細かく記載されていたりして日本とは、ちょっとちがいますね。これで安心して、運用の準備にかかれます。今週末は、ＰＳＫのマクロを作成する予定です。There was communication today from the travel agency.A license of 9M6 was issued safely.The call sign is 9M6/JE9MBV.Were the issuance in two months since I applied.Because license time was application from July 15, issuance time might be delayed.Had you send a license of 9M6 by an email.Be colored in comparison with a Japanese license, and it is showy.Among others, frequency is listed finely.Be slightly different from Japan.Can take it in preparation for use in this in peace.I am going to make macro of PSK late this week.

現地通貨
マレーシアの現地通貨は、RM（リンギット）と言いますが、両替関係をいろいろ調べてましたがなにぶんにも使い慣れてない通貨なので実感が湧きません。現地で両替するつもりですが、どの程度両替したらいいのか？ さっぱり分かりません。とりあえず、現地ガイドに支払う分と２万円ほどを両替し足りなかったら、追加両替する予定です。その他には、クレジットカードもＶＩＳＡとＪＣＢを持っていくのでカードで支払いもしくは、現地通貨をキャッシングという方法も考えられます。便利な時代になりました、プラスチックのカードで支払ったり、現地通貨を調達したり出来るのですから・・。

VX-8が修理完了 Repair it, VX -8 is completed
メーカーにアップグレード、修理を依頼していましたが３週間を経て帰ってきました。こちらで指摘していた不具合は、修理されていました。スピーカの接触不良・・電極の交換電源が切れない・・電極の交換その他 メーカでのチェックの結果、下記の不具合も確認できたようです。１４４ＭＨＺの感度低下・・受信素子の破損、交換で対応。メーカーによると近接で電波の送信を受けたのが原因のようです。近接でたしかに５０Ｗを送信した覚えがあります。それが原因なのかは不明です。アップグレードについては、スマートビーコンが良いですね。ためしにドライブに出かけましたが、ＡＰＲＳの軌跡がキレイに出るようになりました。願わくば初めからこの機能を搭載して欲しかったと思います。Asked the maker for upgrading, repair.Came home after three weeks.I pointed out malfunction.It was repaired.Be poor in the contact of the speakerAs for the countermeasure, be changed the electrodeBe not cut offAs for the countermeasure, be changed the electrodeAs a result of check in other makersSeemed to be able to confirm the following malfunction, too.A sensitivity decline of 144MHZ, the damage of the reception elementCope by a countermeasure, exchange.Seem to be caused by the fact that I received the transmission of the electric wave by proximity according to the maker.Surely remember that I transmitted 50W by proximity.It is unknown whether it is a cause.About the upgrading, a smart beacon is good.I went for a drive.A trace of APRS came to appear neatly.Preferably think that the maker wanted you to equip with this function from the beginning.

東マレーシア日程、決定 East Malaysia schedule, decision
日程を決定しました。７月３０日 関空発８月５日 関空着その内、無線の運用予定は７月３０日 夜間 ～ ８月１日 夜間８月４日 午前～昼過ぎを予定しています。その他の日は、観光の予定です。運用予定周波数等は、３．５～５０ＭＨＺの電話とＰＳＫ３１(５０ＭＨＺは、除く）です。運用開始等の情報は、ツィッターで適宜流す予定です。ＪＥ９ＭＢＶでモニターしてください。今回は、初めての９Ｍ６での運用となりますので下見的な要素が強いです。今後も、年に数度の計画で運用する予定です。今後もこのブログで詳細情報を流す予定です。Decided a schedule.Departure from July 30 Kansai AirportAugust 5 Arrival at Kansai AirportThe operative schedule of the radioNight August 1 from the night on July 30The August 4 morning - early afternoonA schedule.Other than it, be sightseeing.The frequency,A phone of 3.5 - 50MHZIs PSK31; but 50MHZ is exclusionThe information announces it in twitter.Please monitor it in JE9MBV.Because I become the use in first 9M6 this time, a preliminary inspection-like element.I am going to manage it by a plan of several degrees in future in a year.Will announce detailed information with blog in future.

カメラは、フィルム A camera film
東マレーシアで無線と同じくらい重要なことは、ＱＳＬカード用の写真を撮ることです。日頃は、携帯電話のデジカメを使っていますが、ＱＳＬカード用だと高画質で撮影したいです。デジカメの購入も考えたのですが、日頃は使うこともなさそうなので昔から愛用しているフィルム・カメラを使うことにしました。１４０ミリのズーム機能付きのモノで、性能は悪くはないです。しかし、最近はフィルムが売っているところが少ないですね。なんとか入手しましたが、デジカメ全盛を実感することになりました。Be that I may be important, and it takes a photograph for QSL card almost as same as radio in East Malaysia.I usually use the digital camera of the cell-phone.However, be high-resolution if for QSL card, and I want to photograph it.I thought about the purchase of the digital camera.However, do not need to usually use it.Therefore decided to use the film camera which I used habitually from old days.With 140 millimeters of things with a zoom function, the performance is not bad.However, a film is not sold recently.I obtained it somehow.I will realize the digital camera height of prosperity.

観光 Sightseeing
今回の東マレーシア訪問では、アマチュア無線以外に観光も予定しています。無線４日、観光２日の行程を考えています。観光地としては、キナバルパーク、ポーリン温泉、ロッカウィー・ワイルドライフパーク、コタキナバル市内を廻るつもりですがボルネオは、興味をそそる所が多いです。他のスポットは、次の機会に是非訪れたいですね。ガイドは、日本語ガイドを手配して貰う予定です。私の英語力では、限界がありますから今回は、日本語ガイドをお願いしました。By this East Malaysia visit, plan the sightseeing other than amateur radio communications.For radio four days, think in sightseeing two days.I intend to visit Kinabulu park, Paulin hot spring, LOKKAWI WILDLIFE PARK, the Kota Kinabalu city.There are many places arousing interest in Borneo.Other spots want to come by all means at the next opportunity.I am going to have you arrange a Japanese guide.My English ability has a limit.Arranged a Japanese guide this time.

資産が目減り、でも買い出動継続
ここ数ヶ月の世界的な相場の下落で、資産が大幅に目減りしてます。私は、２本に分けて資産を運用してます。ここでは便宜上、ファンドと呼ぶこととします。メインファンドは、＋５％の運用成績。サブファンドは、－６％の運用成績です。幸いなのは、メインファンドはサブファンドの運用額の４倍の運用金額なことです。そもそも、サブファンドは運用手法の研究用に設定していてこれで確立した運用手法をメインファンドに持ち込んでいます。しかし、一時期＋１０％だった運用成績が半分になるとちょっとキツいですね。今後の展開ですが、メインファンドは引き続き下記の運用方針とします。・日本株、海外株共に指数連動のＥＴＦやファンドを継続購入。・エマージング市場の株の組み入れ比率は２％程度としBRICSを中心とするが、ロシアは除く。・日本債券については、日本の財政再建の道筋が見えないことから個人向け国債の組み入れ比率を下げる。代わりに公社債投信を組み入れて短期で運用する。・ＦＸについては、底が見えないことから維持率５００％を目処にポジションを積極的に作っていく。特にユーロに関して、可能な限りポジションを作るが約定額をばらける。・手元の現金は、積極的に運用資金に回す。・１年程度でフルインベストメントになるように購入計画を立て、実施する。※このブログに書かれていることを実行した場合の損害については、一切関知しません。投資は、リスクを生じます。よく考えて自己責任で実行してください。

マレーシア訪問日程決定 Be decided in a Malaysian visit schedule

下調べ Preparation
東マレーシア行きに向けて、下調べをしています。行きは、コタキナバルへの直行便ですが、帰りはクアラルンプール経由になるので乗り換えとかが心配です。ネットでクアラルンプール空港について、調べたのですが世界第２の大きさを誇る空港だそうです。敷地面積にいたっては、成田の１０倍！正直言って、迷子にならないか本気で心配したのですが噂では、日本語の案内看板も随所にあるそうです。このあたりは、マハティールさんの政策のお陰なのでしょうか？乗り換えの心配は、ネットで調べて概ね払拭されましたが今回の旅行は、単身での移動ですから色々と起こりそうです。I prepare for trip to East Malaysia.The outward trip is a direct flight to Kota Kinabalu.The way home goes by way of Kuala Lumpur.I am anxious about transit.I examined Kuala Lumpur Airport in a net.An airport of the second size of the world.The plottage is 10 of Narita Airport! Worried seriously whether I was not lost.However, by the rumor, there seems to be the Japanese guidance signboard everywhere.Will the policy of Mr. Mahathir contribute to the fact? Examined my worry in a net and were almost wiped out.However, this trip is one me.A trouble seems to happen in various ways.

ＶＸ－８修理中 "VX -8" repair
ＡＰＲＳに利用している、ＶＸ－８はメーカーでアップグレード作業中です。保証期間も残っていたので、きになる不具合も併せて修理を依頼しました。・スピーカーの音が突然小さくなる。送信を繰り返していると、発生します。本体内温度の上昇が原因？・電源が切れない。無線機は、小型化していきますがそれに併せて不具合の発生も増えてきたように感じるのは、私だけでしょうか？VX -8 using is upgrading it with APRS in a maker.Because a maker guarantee was effective, the malfunction that came asked it for repair in addition.* When the sound of the speaker becomes small suddenly and repeats the transmission, occur. デジタルQSOパーティー Digital QSO party
週末から2010 デジタルQSOパーティーが開催されます。昨年、初めて参加したのですが独特の雰囲気で気に入ってしまいました。ＳＳＢとは、違って徐々に画面に表示されるのはなにかしらドキドキしますね。今年は、仕事の関係でスポットでの参加になりますが今から楽しみにしています。2010 digital QSO parties are held from the weekend.I participated for the first time last year.I liked it with a unique atmosphere.What is gradually displayed by a screen throbs, and be different from SSB.There is a schedule of the work this year.Therefore, participate at a spot.I look forward to now.
