KH0WU誕生 KH0WU birth
お気づきの方も多いでしょうが無事、米国のFederal Communications Commissionからコールサインが発給されました。ＫＨ０ＷＵ です。英文で書かれた資格試験に挑戦するというのは、初めての体験でしたがなんとか一段階は、完了しました。これからさらに上級に挑戦します。今だから白状しますが、２回ほど断念しようかと思いました。まず、初めは問題文を見た時、２回目は全部の和訳を終えた時です。でも、なんとか一日１時間程度の勉強を続けていったら、目処が立ってきてモチベーションも上がってきました。継続は、力なりですね。Even if there were many aware people, an American call sign was issued safely.Be KH0WU.As for me, it was the first experience to challenge a qualifying examination written in an English sentence.One phase was completed.I challenge the upper grade more.I confess.I was almost discouraged as twice.When watched a problem sentence at the start.The second is time when I finished all the translation into Japaneses.But continued studying around one hour a day somehow.Then a prospect was in sight, and the motivation went up, too.Do the continuation by power.

旅行記「番外編 動画特集」"An extra animation special feature"
今回の旅行記は、番外編と称して撮影した動画の一部を紹介します。滞在したＬＡＮＧＫＡＨ ＳＹＡＢＡＳホテルの敷地内で撮影しました。設備等、中心部の高級ホテルには及びませんが特に不自由は感じませんでした。ゆったりとした時間を過ごしたいヒトには、おすすめします。あと、食堂の料理もおいしかったです。This traveler's diary is extra.Introduce a part of the animation which I photographed locally.Photographed it in the sites of the LANGKAH SYABAS hotel where I stayed in.The facilities did not extend to the luxury hotel of the center, but did not feel the inconvenience in particular.Recommend it to the person who wants to spend unhurried time.The dish of the dining room was delicious.現地のレンタルシャックの外観です。現地の局によって、良い状態で維持されています。現行法令では４００Ｗまでの送信が可能です。Be the appearance of the on-the-spot rental shack.Be maintained in a good state by on-the-spot station.The transmission to 400W is possible in the current laws and ordinances.現地の蚊取り線香です。日本の製品と変わりません。Be on-the-spot mosquito-repellent incense.Be the same as a Japanese product.スコールです。突然降り出して、数時間後には止みます。日本の夕立に加えて強風が吹くようなイメージです。現地の人達は、数時間で止むということを知っていてあまり慌てたりはしません。概ね現地時間の１５時ぐらいから２時間程度降ります。Be squalls.Begin to go down suddenly, and stop several hours later.Be images blowing a gale in addition to a Japanese shower.Malaysian people know that it stops falling in several hours.They are not upset.Almost go down for around two hours from around 15:00 of the local time.

ナンを作ってみました
基本的に私は、カレーとかスパイスのきいた料理が大好きです。カレーもけっこう激辛を好みますが、その時に少し甘い感じのナンがあるとご機嫌です。今までナンは、ネットで出来上がり品を買うことが多かったのですが、スーパーでナンの素なるものを見つけました。さっそく、作ってみることにしました。説明書通りに粉をこねます。初めはべたつきますが次第に整っていきます。こねる作業自体は、10分程度で完了し30分ほど寝かします。３０分ほどして、寝かした生地を確認するとモチモチの生地になってました。おいしそうなナンになりそうな予感がしました。麺棒を使い生地をのばしますが、薄めに伸ばしても生地の弾力で厚みが復元してしまします。復元するのも見越して、薄めに伸ばした方が良さそうです。伸ばしたら、フライパンで焼きますが少し湾曲したフライパンの方が、うまく焼けます。火力もやや控えめの方が良さそうです。何枚か焼きましたが、薄めに生地を仕上げたものの出来が良かったです。さっそく、インドのレトルトカレーで食べましたが美味でした。ナンの素は、我が家の備蓄材料になりそうです。

ARRL 10mコンテスト ARRL 10m contest
１年を締めくくるARRL 10mコンテストに参加してきました。今回は、ＳＳＮを見る限り低コンディションなので、あまり期待してなかったのですが予想以上に悪かったです。しかし、いつもコンテストでお世話になっている数局と挨拶も交わせましたのでよかったです。一番の戦果は、移動用のローテーター装備の試験を完了したことです。車への積み込みや設置に関して、問題ないことを確認できました。来年は、運用でのバリエーションが広がりそうです。それにしても、山の上は寒い。冬季用の服装で行きましたが、それでも足りないぐらいでした。Participated in ARRL 10m contest to complete one year.Were low condition as far as I watched SSN this time.I did not expect it very much.But, were unexpectedly bad.However, the contest was all always right because I was able to exchange the greetings with several stations which were taken care of.The best merit is to have completed an examination of the rotator equipment for Portable QRV.About the loading to a car, on-the-spot setting, were able to confirm that I did not have any problem.A variation by the use seems to spread next year.Still, the top of the mountain is cold.I was clothes for the winter season.However, were cold.

General級の勉強開始 A study start of the General grade
２月のGeneral級の受験に向けて勉強を開始しました。普通日は毎日、１時間程度ですが休日は、もう少し時間をかけて行きたいと考えています。なんとか、来年度早々には１４ＭＨＺにＱＲＶしたいですね。Started study for examination of the General grade of February.Usually study every day for around one hour on a day.On a holiday, want to study at a little longer time.I hope for QRV in 14MHZ in April.

カード発送 Card shipment
先日、郵便局からカードを発送しました。多くは、ビューロ経由ですが海外局へは状況によっては、ＳＡＳＥで発送しています。ＬＯＴＷ等が普及してますが、紙のカードの良さもありますね。郵便局の窓口では、時々「この国は、どこですか？」と聞かれることがあります。珍しい国だと、プロの郵便局員でも分からないことがあるようです。Sent out a card the other day from the post office.Most are bureau way.Send it out to overseas station in some cases in SASE.LOTW spreads, but there is the good card of the paper.At the window of the post office, "where is this country" sometimes?Be sometimes asked a member of post office.In the case of a rare country, do not understand even a member of professional post office.

9M6/JE9MBV宛 カード
１１月末のビューロからの転送分から９Ｍ６／ＪＥ９ＭＢＶ宛のＱＳＬカードが入り始めました。こちらからのカードは、来月辺りから各局へ届くと考えられます。もし、４月以降に届かない場合はご連絡を頂ければ、再発行する予定ですのでその際は、ご連絡下さい。おそくなりましたが、来週辺りにＬＯＴＷにもデーターをＵ／Ｌする予定です。

Technician級 合格 A Technician grade pass
昨日、名古屋のＶＥＣ試験を受験しTechnician級が合格しました。調子に乗ってGeneral級も継続受験しましたが、こちらはさすがに不合格でした。２月のGeneral級の再挑戦に向けて、勉強を開始することにします。うまくいけば、来年度早々に２００ＷへＱＲＯできそうです。そういえば、総務省のパブリックコメントで試験でのＣＷの廃止について、意見が求められているようです。ＪＡＲＬは、廃止について支持するとのことですが、ＣＷが試験から無くなるのも時間の問題かもしれませんね。私は、ＣＷは運用しないので特になんとも思いませんがＣＷの愛好家にとっては、寂しいことだと思います。Thank you VEC NAGOYA-TEAM.As for me, an entry did VEC examination of a thing of Nagoya yesterday.Technician grade passed me.As for me, a continuation entry did the General grade.However, were not able to pass it.I decide to start study for a re-General grade challenge of February.Do QRO to 200W if I pass it.A schedule of the time when the next fiscal year is early at the time.That reminds me public comment of Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications was announced.About the abolition of CW by the examination, an opinion is found.JARL seems to support it about the abolition, it may be a matter of time that CW disappears from an examination.I do not manage CW.I am no comment.But, for the lover of CW, think that They are disappointed.

旅行記「おみやげの買い出し」 The purchase of the souvenir
ルビンさんの案内で市街地へ移動。おみやげを買いに出かけました。おすすめは、ナマコ石鹸だそうです。お肌に良さそうです。コタキナバル空港を通り過ぎ、市街地へ到着。日本語が分かる店員さんが居るお店は案内してもらいました。でも、微妙に日本語が変でしたがそこはご愛敬と言うことで（笑）。具体的には、ナマコ石鹸のパッケージに「有名な項目」とシールが貼ってありました。これは、おそらく「有名商品」の間違いかと思います。店員さんのアドバイスを受けながら、ナマコ石鹸、ピューター、ドライフルーツ、扇子、Ｔシャツ、サバティー などを購入。特にＴシャツは、午前中に現地の村でサイズ切れで買えなかったデザインを発見して買うことが出来ました。支払いは、クレジットカードで行うのですがＪＣＢがどうしても認識しない。店員さんの話では、問題ないはずなんですがどうしても駄目でした。仕方ないので、ＶＩＳＡで支払いました。念のため、カードは２枚持っていて良かったです。ただし、値切るのを忘れてました（大笑）。おまけ賞品を貰ったのでＯＫとしますか・・。ホテルへ向かう道すがら、ＬＣＣの建設の説明を受けたり街角の看板の意味を教えて貰ったり楽しいドライブとなりました。そして、雨はいつのまにか止みました。幹線道路の交通状況 ↓Move to the city area by guidance of Rubin.I went to buy a souvenir.The recommendation of Rubin seems to be sea cucumber soap.Look good on skin.Pass the Kota Kinabalu Airport, and arrive at the city area.Be come to a shop of a salesclerk understanding Japanese.But Japanese was delicately strange, but be that there is called amiability.Specifically, in a package of the sea cucumber soap"有名な項目" and a seal were put.This probably Think whether it is the mistake of "有名な商品".Purchase a pewter, dried fruit, a folding fan, a T-shirt, mackerel tea while receiving advice of a salesclerk.Were running out of size, and the T-shirt in particular discovered the design which I was not able to buy in the morning in a local village, and were able to buy it.Make the payment in a credit card, but JCB never recognizes it.By the story of a salesclerk, there is not the problem.However, were no use.Therefore I paid in VISA.It was good to have two pieces of cards just to make sure.But forgot beating down the price negotiations.Because got a discount prize, assume it OK.When I returned to the hotel, had you teach the meaning of the signboard of the street corner in response to explanation of the construction of LCC, and it was with a fun drive.Rubin explained the construction of LCC, and taught the meaning of the signboard of the street corner.Became the pleasant drive.And the rain stopped all too soon.
