Dry Ingredients 3cups SR flour (or 3cups plain flour plus 11/2 Teaspoon of BP) shift first 2x tablespoon sugar 1cup date chopped
2) combine all dry ingredients well 3) pour wet ingredient mix to dry ingredients, then mix well 4) make dough approx 3-4 cm thick to make scones. 5) put milk, bake 10-15 mins with 200 degree oven till golden brown
