I ate soba buckwheat noodle at Shibu-soba, managed by a associated company of Tokyu Corporation. I ordered an orthodox noodle, topped with cross-section cibol and seaweed, and a bowl of rice topped with a tempura.
I would like to say Shibu-soba's noodle has not only quick serve and reasonable price, but also good quality and taste. I felt it was like the ones made spending much time and care, and found so-called "Tokyu Quality", often said in TV commercial of Tokyu, from its taste.
