I would like to introduce what I ate at Ecute Tachikawa, fried rice topped with scrambled egg with crab meat with starchy sauce because I haven't had lunch at restaurants in stations for a long time.
In the rice some cut lettuce were contained, which gave the eater kick, and the taste when eating the egg, crab meat, sweet and sour sauce, and fried rice at the same time was also good. Because I really love to eat both fried rice and sweet and sour scrambled egg with crab meat, I enjoyed eating it.
I could get a bowl of miso soup containing a leg of crab when ordering, but the meat of the leg was little difficult to eat.
