白雪姫と王子様は、彼のお城で7人の小人が出席して結婚式をあげました。

Then Snow White and the prince had a wedding in the prince's castle with seven dwarfs.
They all lived happy ever after.

白雪姫の物語はこんな風に終わりますが、この最後の＜Happy ever after＞がタイトルになってる歌ですから、きっと幸せなラブソングなんだろうと思っていたんです。

今から20年ほど前に流行って、ラジオでもよくかかっていました。

車のCMとかドラマにも使われてたんですね。

ところが、よく聞いてみると、どうも逆なんです。

アフリカの人権差別問題アパルトヘイトを歌った曲でした。

この曲が一度だけ競技会のルンバでかかったことがあります。

そのときの様子は＜第160話＞意味深な言葉に書きました。

好きな曲でしたからノリノリで踊れたんですが、ちょっといわく付きの試合だったんですね～。
