I admitted an 88 year female patient who had vomited to the hospital on Sunday night when I was on duty. She vomited this morning again. When I consulted her a surgeon, he diagnosed as suspect of the ileus of the small intestine. He operated her this afternoon, and saved her life. If it were rate one day, she may lost her life by sepsis or DIC. I thanked him sincerely and thought him as God. Another case, I had an 84 female patient who had an advanced colon cancer two month ago, she couldn’t eat by obstruction of colon. I said her family it is too rate to operate and the
obstruction and pain. I asked a surgeon to decree the pain. He challenged to remove the obstruction, and succeeded. She can eat and is painless now. I am a doctor of internal medicine, we can't save a patient dramatically , but the surgeon can save a life of patient who are suffered by pain sometimes. I think the excellent surgeon as God sometime. I think a surgeon cool.
