Mysten Labs has completed two funding rounds so far, with a total funding amount of 336 million USD raised in one year.
ミステン研究所は、これまでのところ２つの資金力ラウンドを完了しおり、全体の資金の額は、１年に調達された３億３６００万米ドルとなります。

l In December 2021, Mysten Labs obtained 36 million USD Series A funding from investors led by a16z.
２０２１年１２月に、ミステン研究所は a16z に主導される投資家から資金３千６百万 USD シリーズ A を得た。

l In September 2022, Mysten Labs secured 300 million USD in Series B funding led by FTX Ventures.

When big investors like this are involved in a project, it’s usually a good sign. Because in order to get funding in the millions, projects like Sui have to undergo strict analysis and evaluation
processes in the course of which all aspects of the business model, the technologies used and management are checked.

Taking the above into account, we are looking at a solid L1 blockchain project. But there is still one more important point I want to discuss: Aptos.

Due to the very similar backgrounds of their founders, Sui and Aptos share a lot of similarities.

However, compared to Aptos there are also some differences when looking at the states of the individual projects.

At this point, it’s hard to say whether Sui or Aptos will be the better choice for users and investors. However, since both have a well-stocked war chest, it will probably be a while before we can crown a winner.
