What Is Narrative Trading?

From the tag, “Narrative,” you can already　tell it is about stories. (LOL) Narrative Trading is simply analyzing and making investment　decisions based on the stories, news, and events surrounding various　cryptocurrencies. And these stories or news surrounding cryptocurrencies are　called crypto narratives . Crypto narratives contribute to market　sentiment and expectations of the cryptocurrencies involved.
「ナラティブ」というタグから、すでにストーリーに関するものであることがわかります。 ( 笑 ) ナラテイブ取引は、さまざまな暗号通貨を取り巻くストーリー、ニュース、イベントに基づいて、単に分析し、投資判断を下すことです。そして、暗号通貨を取り巻くこれらのストーリーやニュースは、クリプトナラティブと呼ばれます。暗号の物語は、市場のセンチメントと関連する暗号通貨の期待に貢献します。

Also, they can be positive or negative and　usually impact the price of a cryptocurrency in real-time. For example, an announcement of a new　partnership could lead to an increase in demand for a given cryptocurrency,　driving up its price. Similarly, news　about a network breach could lead to a sell-off and a decrease in the price of　the same crypto. Over the years,
investors have benefited from narrative trading both knowingly and unknowingly. During the metaverse hype of last year, early　investors recorded ROI of 100x, 1000x, and more.
