Let’s start with the painful truth: the fakeout phase.

The Problem: The Fake out Always Comes First
問題：肩透かしが常に最初に来る

If you’ve been in crypto for more than one cycle, you’ve seen this before:
もし暗号通貨で複数のサイクルを経験しているなら、前にこれを見たことがあります。：

Prices dip hard　　
価格が激しく下落する
Sentiment bottoms out
市場のセンチメントが底をつく
Suddenly… altcoins pop
突然...アルトコインが跳ね上がる
Crypto Twitter screams “it’s happening!”

You enter a trade
取引に参入する
And just like that… you’re down 30%

The worst part? It feels like the start of a bull market.

But if you look back, you’ll see this happens every time before the real move.

What the Past 5 Years Taught Me:
過去5年間から学んだこと：

I went back through the historical data in my Altseason CoPilot charts and noticed something I never saw before:
Altseason CoPilotのチャートを使って履歴データを振り返ったとき、以前は見えなかった以下のこと気づきました。：

2020: Small bull run in Jan–March, then again in May–Sept. Then came the dump into Nov/Dec — right before the massive 2021 breakout.
2020年：1月〜3月に小さな強気相場、5月〜9月にも。11月〜12月には下落があり、その後に2021年の大きな急上昇が来た。

2021: Big move in January. Another in July. But by Sept? It was already fading. Those last “bullish” moves were fakeouts.
2021年：1月に大きな動き、そして7月にもう一度。でも9月にはすでに勢いが衰えていた。それらの最後の「強気」は肩透かしだった。

2022: A disaster. Every pump ended in a harder dump.
2022年：大惨事。すべての吊り上げられた価格がより激しい下落で終わった。

2023: Repeated false starts. Short bursts of excitement followed by relentless bleeding.
2023年：繰り返される誤発進。何度かの短い突発的興奮の後、絶え間ない出血が続いた。

2024 (so far): One decent move early in the year, then a slide back into fakeout territory.
2024年（現在）：年初に一度のまともな動きがあり、その後再び肩透かし領域に戻っている。

This taught me something simple but powerful: if everything is in “partial hold,” we’re probably not in the real bull phase yet.
