ライ麦７０％のロッゲンミッシュブロート。今回は横腹の割れも無く、色が薄いけどよく膨らんだ。キャラウェイも控えめの１５ｇです。やはり基本のパンである。

くるみレーズンパン
頼まれパンです。当初はライ麦パンに胡桃を入れることを考えていたのですが、そのレシピが見つからない。強力粉９０、小麦全粒粉とライ麦粉が各１０の割合です。レシピではくるみだけだったのに、ついついレーズンも投入しました。当然酸っぱくない。（物足りないけど、自分としては。。。。。。。）

今日はライ麦７５％もちろんキャラウェイシードは３０ｇとタップリ。断面のゴマ状のものはキャラウェイシードです。味は良いのだけど、膨らみがもっとほしい。
