初めての試み。レシピを先に載せます。明日焼く予定のキャラウェイライブレッド。 http://fooddownunder.com #44739です。 ぬるま湯 250ｃｃ、ドライイースト 3.5ｇ、塩 2.5ｇ、キャラウェイシード 7.5ｇ、 モラセスか蜂蜜 15ｃｃ、ライ麦 180ｃｃ、小麦粉 240ｃｃ、ココアパウダー 7.5ｇ水分量がオリジナルのレシピでは１５０ｃｃのところ、ベーカーズで粉比６０％に計算して増やしています。初めのころはレシピどおりでは硬すぎて追い水やら逆に追い粉で慌てました。生計がなまこ型でクープ入りですが、箱型で仕上げる予定。乞うご期待。
