muffins in space
Hello there my fellow English speaking friends:Perhaps we don't have a chance to go to space soon, but it seems that one group of university students will have a chance for space.....well not the students but their recipe.Yep, a group of kids have won the right to send food to space in a recent food science contest. They created the "Nutraffin." It is a combination of may different healthy goods-including carrots, soy milk, peanut and wheat flour.The Nutraffin will be presented to NASA this fall. Poisonous fire??
Good morning my fellow English speaking friends:I have nothing but respect for firemen. The sacrifice themselves in order to save people from burning buildings..As was the case in the eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk recently. Firefighters rushed to a burning sauna to help.. And they tried to take out the flames with a snake! Yes snake!Actually, the firefighters mistook a 3 meter poisonous snake for the firehose-heheThe snake was a pet of the sauna owner. Hello there my fellow English speaking friends:TGIF! Oh TGIF.What are you plans for the weekend? Me? Not sure yet.. But I will probably do a bit of footsal.Have you guys ever enjoyed a game of footsal before? It is a sport that anybody can play-even old people like me.Basically, it is like 5 a side soccer. We normally play in a small space, almost the same size as a tennis court.I think you can find footsal all over the place. Please give it a try when you have a chance. Actually, I was surprised to find out that not many people in Japan wear sunglasses. An article I read recently said that people in the US lose more sunglasses per year than any other country! Just how many glasses can one can lose per year you ask? Check this out:Over 1.6 billion glasses per year are lost in America. But at one time, I didn't.I recall the days when my dad would push me to ride on two wheels.I crashed SO MANY TIMES until I could stabilize myself.But now, there is a new way to learn how to ride: Yes my friends, this cool bike (also known as "Shift," will automatically change formation when you ride faster. (from 3 wheels to 2 wheels).When you slow down, it will return to 3 wheels for balance.Pretty cool huh? Hello there my fellow English speaking friends:Have you been to a crowded public place on the Weekend? You know like Odaiba, Kobe etc..Often you will find interesting people performing for money. Now and again, you get to see human statues, mimes, and bad comedians.I wonder if I could be an English instructor street performer.... You know, like teach English out on the street for money. Probably wouldn't sell...
