Here are some of the latest diamond prices of GIA and IGI diamonds which can be downloaded. They are all xls files and can be viewed with Microsoft Excel or Open Office (which is a free download). Information about GIA and IGI can be found under Appraising Diamonds in the menu on the left.

Although these are updated on a regular basis they should not be taken as the fixed price for the diamonds displayed. They are simply good examples of RAP prices for diamonds and should not be construde as the be all end all of diamond prices. It is a good idea to check around and find out what the latest prices are as they will vary between jewelers.
