And I think somebody tweeted it out.
Uh, during the game, there was just no better encapsulation of Justin Herbert drops back this season, facing immediate pressure.
Evades two or three guys, throws it over to Rondale Gatson.
And then he pops up in the air, and it turns into an interception.
I mean, that's just everything that's happened Yeah.
... To them throughout the course of the season.
You could just sum up in just that one sequence where he is just having to fight behind that.
Line of scrimmage on almost every single drop back.
And without his pass-catchers really hauling in the pass, or dropping a pass, or not being able To convert the chains, I mean, it has placed a lot of the onus on his shoulders in order for them to continue to move the chains.
So, I think one of the, I guess the only real thing that I've taken away, pretty much all from this entire season.
Is that he still wants to try and attack the, attack downfield.
And yes, it's nice to seemm-hmm.
... Keenan Allen continues to be something of a man coverage beater.
Allow them to still convert on third downs when they need to.
But Quentin Johnston and even Trey Harris, I'm thinking about for next season.
If this is going to be more of a thing where, let's say they get, I mean, assuming they have Rashawn Slater back, assuming Joe Alt is back healthy next season, Him still at least trying to rip the ball downfield is.
Even when he is under pressure, I mean, those two guys.
I think they're going to be one of the larger beneficiaries of those types of situations for Justin Herbert.
Whereas Ladd McConkey, yeah, I think there are Gonna be some better days ahead, or better seasons ahead for him, for right now.
But still, looking at how he's, how Justin Herbert likes to play when he's under pressure, I mean, those guys trying to hit some of those deep shots.
I mean, that just seems to be his tendency for right now.
And that's where you see the big games for QJ.
