A.J.

Brown is a New England Patriot for the price of a 2028 first rounder and a 2027 fifth rounder.

We've known this was happening for months.

We've had time to internalize the implications for months.

I'll just stick to one simple question: Can A.J.

Brown, who had a down 2025 in Philadelphia, return to wide receiver one status in fantasy football for the New England Patriots?

I think he can.

It kinda depends on how you see him entering his age 28 season.

there should be, you know, more air yards, more attempts available in this New England offense.

This is a Patriots offense, after all, that was, top five in pass heaviness overall last season, somewhat because they don't have any good running backs and their offensive line is not good.

but, I, I believe they will, you know, continue that trend into this year.

If A.J.

Brown is still good enough to dominate, targets and air yards, then yeah, I think the top 12 is definitely in his range of outcomes.

Drake May represents, obviously, a big upgrade over Jalen Hurts, especially as a downfield passer.

The concern is, of course, A.J.

Brown getting up in years.

A bulky knee.

This knee issue is year after year after year.

on the positive side, like you said, the best quarterback he's had, at least the most pass-happy quarterback he's had in recent memory, and maybe the first just genuinely pass first offense he's been a part of.

Was never the case in Tennessee.

Was rarely the case in Philadelphia.

So A.J.

Brown to, to the New England Patriots.

We will be digesting it all summer at rotoworld.com.
