So, if you're a Patriots fan, you may be feeling like a deer that's been snacking on fermented fruit while you're waiting for AJ Brown to finally be traded.

the I would be stunned with any outcome other than June 2 rolls around and Eagles receiver AJ Brown is traded to the Patriots.

I believe, and Chris, I think you believe, they already have a handshake deal in place.

They just haven't told the world about it yet.

And once June 2 rolls around, it's gonna happen.

There's nobody else out there.

The Rams were interested.

The Rams got scared off by looking at the medicals.

They were gonna trade Davante Adams.

Sorry, Jim Everett, but that's what was gonna happen.

The Eagles and the Patriots, I think it's just a matter of time before they do business, and the matter of time is June 2, 'cause that's how the Eagles get the best possible cap situation for 2026.

Yeah, no, that is, and I, I, I mean, I, I'm with you.

it's just, it's when it's gonna happen, it feels like it's gonna happen.

We've all thought that.

And, you know, I think it's best for both teams.

I think that's what's kinda cool.

I do think it's time for the Eagles to, to move on with this and, and kinda get this, you know, so-called, air quotes, distraction out.

And I'm certainly not calling AJ Brown the distraction.

I'm not.

You know, AJ Brown's been a distraction 'cause of the reasons we've talked about.

He's been one to kinda keep it real and say some things out publicly to kinda hold the locker room in check a little bit and be like, "Hey, we're, we're not pulling our part, everybody, here."

So, again, but either way, it has become a thing.

We know that.

And every game is, like, Eagles fans going, "Hey, wait, did AJ get the ball?

Did AJ get Oh, are we throwing the ball?

How's that going?"

So this, this kinda takes this element out for the Eagles.

And then of course with the Patriots, the addition of an AJ Brown, especially when you don't have Stefon Diggs anymore, and AJ Brown is in another category than Stefon Diggs at this point of his career, it, it takes the, the Patriots receiving corps into, ooh, watch out.

It takes their whole offense into that.

Wow, the offensive line's got potential.

Quarterback, borderline MVP guy.

Oh, we got Treveyon Henderson and Rhamondre Stevenson, a running back.

Ooh, that's a damn good duo.

Then you look at the, oh, Romeo Doubs.

Okay, that's good.

We know Keyshawn Booty, they like him.

They got Kyle Williams they drafted in the third round.

And then you got a guy like AJ Brown, who's a game-changer on the outside.

Yeah, that'll put that Patriots offense in a different category as far as talent and what they were last year.

And then a second year Drake May in the Josh McDaniels system, that would get me excited if I was a Patriots fan about all the things I just said there
